AVOID

As another small business i collaborated with this company for personalised bows and eye masks, on the basis they send me the orders and i make them all and send them as a batch to her to send on to the customers. I made and sent her all of the orders she requested, she has not paid me for any of them and i am significantly out of pocket as well as time. I have been contacted by several customers who never received their orders from her and no contact- some of their orders were never even sent through to me. Shes now 'shut down' this business and blocked me, but their is nothing to stop her starting up again and doing this to people in the future.

Another customer who emailed before…

Another customer who emailed before Christmas to find out where my order was and no reply. So disappointed having used this company for the last 2 years and then I’ve been completely let down this year.
I totally understand that circumstances change but a bit of honesty makes all the difference.

Should be 0 stars, this was my 4th year ordering and I never had a problem beforehand, this year 3 of my items were missing and my daughter’s middle name spelt wrong! I messaged and she was apologetic and said that they would get resent out, never received anything, tried emailing on the 28th Dec still nothing, and today I thought I’d search them up again to see they’ve deleted their traces, I will find your personal Instagram to give you a piece of my mind.

0 stars should be an option. Ordered 30th August for Christmas. Emailed in October as not received. No replies. Reported on shopify app in November. Got an email reply in minutes. Very apologetic. Would send order. Weeks later,multiple emails and messages on Instagram. No order. Got a reply in December where was told it completely slipped her mind so I would get a refund. Also no refund received. I wish I had looked at reviews or messages on Instagram as it was all people looking for their orders. Then comments turned off and now page deleted.

SCAM company

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Order was never received and there is no evidence that it was ever fulfilled. They have now closed down all social media, website and emails apparently due to ill health. I spent $110 which might not seem alot to some, but was alot for our family, especially at Christmas. Judging by the other reviews, I question whether any order was fulfilled.

I can't believe there are companies out there that still do this. If you can't stay open fine, but making customers suffer is not ok. It's theft and unethical. Do the right thing and give all your customers a refund for orders unfulfilled.

Ordered Santa Claus letter and fairy…

Ordered Santa Claus letter and fairy letter ahead of time for December delivery and nothing arrived. Then saw an instagram story that all orders had been sent out. I emailed to say we’d received nothing and no tracking email received, got a general email back saying no emails would be replied to as all orders had been sent and that they’d be back open on the 28th December. So I emailed again 28th December and heard nothing. Now today I email again asking for a refund and I notice the website/instagram have been taken down as they have now closed permanently and my email bounced back as they’ve have stopped that too. Shocking customer service and awful that they are willing to take people’s money without any intention of delivering the goods. I wonder how many people have been left in the same position. Shame on you.

Won't be ordering again

The items are nice, I've ordered 3 years in a row. The last 2 years I've received my order so late that some of the items I've not been able to use at Christmas (it's been fine to put the Xmas tree decorations on the tree and give the sweets). The letter writing kit that I got for my child to write to Santa last year was way to late, her list was written long before it got to us (I ordered in August 2023 and it arrived just in time for Xmas 2023). This year I ordered elf tokens and others items for advent and they didn't arrive for the start of December. Again ordered end of August. The letter writing kit from last year I've lost in the house, yes my fault but easy done for a small piece of paper in a year. So it's wasted money (not cheap) that we never even got use of this year. Maybe I'll find it for next year. The elf tokens I'll try and be very careful with for the next year to save for Xmas 2025. Contact is poor, I believe order updates were out on Instagram stories to say there were delays to the initial 6-8 week shipping schedule, but not everyone checks Instagram stories every 24 hours. There was an email sent but that was when it was already way past when my order should have been delivered. I queried and was told it was to be sent 'next week' and that never happened. When I eventually got frustrated (I was not rude, but I was exhausted with it happening again this year) I honestly felt like it was made out to be my fault. A 'sorry you're not happy but it's not my fault' type of reply was received. It's not really good enough. The products aren't cheap. If you're not able to dispatch then you need to outsource to someone else to pack the orders. The lolly arrived broken. I won't be using again sadly.

Another UK Santa letter company who…

Another UK Santa letter company who take orders months in advance - expensive ones at that, planning to provide children with letters and gifts from Santa and then disappear without providing tracking or responding to messages. This company has turned off their social media comments, emails and left customers with no orders and no alternative. I’m €140 out of pocket and wondering how I explain to my kids that Father Christmas didn’t write to them again this year. Don’t start a business that provides something like this that leaves parents in a ridiculous position. If you can’t fill your orders or handle customers don’t go into business.
