Product is a scam

Product is a scam .
Handmade Cthulhu-Inspired Pirate Mug.
Cheap imitation of what is advertised . It is not handmade , which is obvious. It will not 500ml capacity , it is 200ml. The photos in the ad do not show the metal insert which makes it look all the more tacky .
Their website claims 100% refund if not completely satisfied, this is an outright lie.
If you do not want to throw your money away DO NOT BUY FROM SUIPCI.
1 star given because cannot do zero.

The product you sent me is a scam

The product you sent me is a $45.08 scam.
I received a plastic model that doesn't work.
And it doesn't match the product offered at all.
I therefore request an immediate refund.

They offered me an 8% refund, I'm not going to accept that
