Great Concept, But Too Slow and Buggy for Real Work

I was really excited to try SuiteDash because, on paper, it checks a lot of boxes. As a web developer, I loved the level of customization available. The ability to control branding, color schemes, client portal layout, and potentially run a CRM, client portal, and project management system all from one platform is very appealing.

After spending several days in the trial and putting real time into configuring it, I ran into several issues that ultimately made it unusable for our workflow.

The first challenge was the file system. It’s very confusing and fragmented. Files can be uploaded in multiple different areas, and it took several tutorial videos just to understand where things were going. I eventually found a workflow that worked, but the system would benefit greatly from simplifying the number of file locations and making document management more intuitive.

I also ran into a bug when trying to add new clients. The system repeatedly threw an error that eventually resolved itself, which suggests it was a platform issue rather than anything I did.

The biggest problem, however, is speed. After spending hours setting up the platform, I logged in the next day to finish customization and test it with clients. The platform had become extremely slow. Simple actions like adding a deal took several minutes to load. At one point I waited over five minutes just for a page to process.

There also seems to be little optimization around uploads. For example, there are no clear requirements or automatic resizing for things like logos, which could potentially affect load performance.

I noticed the platform is constantly rolling out new features, which is great in theory, but in my opinion the priority should be stability, speed, and optimization of the existing system. Right now the performance issues make it difficult to rely on for day-to-day operations.

I really wanted this platform to work because the concept is excellent. Unfortunately, after investing significant setup time, the bugs and slow performance made it clear it wouldn’t work for our team.

SuiteDash has been a game changer

SuiteDash has been a game changer for my business. Instead of using multiple programs for client portals, invoices, contracts, scheduling, and messaging, everything is now in one place. It saves me time, keeps me organized, and makes my business look much more professional to my clients.

I really like how customizable SuiteDash is. Once you take the time to set it up, it can be tailored exactly to how your business runs. My clients also appreciate having one secure place to upload documents, sign forms, and communicate with me.

If you’re a small business owner or service provider who wants to simplify your systems and stop juggling different tools, SuiteDash is definitely worth it. It takes some learning at first, but the payoff is absolutely worth it in the long run.

DO NOT USE AS E-LEARNING PLATFORM

I have 15 years of experience teaching people CCTV relegated stuff using various e-learning platforms. This one is the WORST of them all. Everything is broken - formatting, editing, crating content, creating quiz, EVERY part of the experience is PAIN. I. HATE. THIS.
I can stand stupid interface - I was using Adobe ecourse soft, but this is the next level. Do do basic stuff - like track progress, give certificates etc, you have to dive so deep in to the specification and custom scripts and editing that its cheaper to fly 5000 km to the customer and do the training in person. DO NOT BUY THIS.

Just Terrible!

Terrible customer service, they constantly develop features that are broken, they build new features on top of bugs, they attack you for flagging bugs, and bugs never get fixed.

If you run a business, you need this

I initially purchased Suitedash for it's file sharing abilities, as my members seriously struggle with tech and need to share files, images and videos with me, and access them on multiple devices.

However, this is like pottering around town in a Lamborghini Gallardo!

After setting aside some time for the learning curve, I can tell you right now, this is a gamechanger for anyone wearing way too many hats in their business. The automations are mind blowing, and once they are set up and running you can sit back and relax and let the software do the hard lifting for you.

Localization is missing if your outside of the USA

I am a bit divided. In a long time there is improvement in many things like support tickets, automations and much more. Also speed has improved which was a long time ago not so great (slow loading dashboard). All nice and many options which I personally like (could be a bit daunting for some people to have many options).

So why not 5 stars? I think there are no customers outside the usa. The localization is still missing. It's been a long time and translations are still in beta. I don't understand why every user still needs to translate every string. I am sure there are already translations and could be loaded. Besides that it is still some work to translate and make your own email templates and so on.
Next to this is the annotations. We write € 1.000,00 instead of € 1,000.00
Also missing some report options (money earned and spend) to easily do some taxes. Some basic things that for example Perfex crm does well (now even better with the filter options). There are a few more little things (like avg/gdpr,...), but these are my biggest point.

This review is more for people in Europe for example to keep this in mind when going for Suitedash. I don't see these things added soon.
These are probably very difficult things to implement (not just changing a , and . around for example). I have been checking Suitedash out for since 4 years ago.

This tool is INCREDIBLE

This tool is INCREDIBLE. One piece of software to run your entire company - and all the automations save you massive time.

I can't recommend SuiteDash enough for any small business. You'd have to buy a half dozen other tools to replace it and spend way more money on them - and they wouldn't play together nearly as nicely either.

Top Dog!

So I have a few of these platforms. They are basically a business in a box, and have revolutionized the way I run my businesses.

I like them all, but SuiteDash in particular is the top dog for my most serious business. In that company we handle sensitive medical documents and communications internationally.

HIPAA compliance is only the beginning of what we have to consider and getting hacked is not an option.

Out of all the companies I use for this type of service, SuiteDash is the only one I trust to that level.

Their platform is made to scale as well. Not only is support great, their road map is impressive and they seem to hit their objectives on time. The amount of features on their is overwhelming, literally. It's all tucked away though at first so it doesn't confuse you. But rest assured, if there's something you want to do with your company's dashboard, there will be a way to do it with SuiteDash. The features and possibilities are a never ended rabbit hole.

Highly recommended!
