Great shipping and always good to deal with

Suitreview is a trusted company. Though their offerings are limited and most items are from previous seasons, the quality is consistent with what you can expect from Suitsupply at a competitive price.

The suit that I ordered from SuitReview arrived within the expected timeframe, in perfect condition, and fit perfectly. I plan to make SuitReview my main source for whenever I need to buy a suit.

Only complaint is the suit was a slim fit cut but it was in the description. Lucky for me I have a great tailor.

Worth recommending

The jacket was top-notch. The pant come too tight. My second order was refunded after over w months of waiting with no explanation.

I ordered a 36r for one of my suits and on a Sunday, I got a call. It was the owner and he noticed I had ordered a 36s and and 36r. And that, that wasn’t common. I told him I needed 36s for both. Looked around his inventory, and shipped me the correct size. To pay attention and take the time to do things with care is something we do not see often in today’s environment of fast fashion. It’s a breath of fresh air to see someone care about their customers.

I have bought several items in the past and had no issues. This time, the order was quite delayed and the item came in the wrong size. Communication with the team was less than optimal. Decided to simply return the item myself. Now debating whether or not to purchase again.

Product shipped a week after order. Suit didn’t fit (not their fault) but request for return has gone unanswered for 36 hours at this point. Policy is response within 24 hours.

Still haven't received the parcel.

You should seriously consider changing your courier partners. It is unacceptable that so many days after payment and purchase I still have not received my parcel. I have never experienced anything like this in the past.

It came damaged, and I asked for a refund 3 weeks ago. No one responded, and I still need a refund! This is the 3rd suit I bought, so I am a repeat customer and up until this point, a satisfied one. Please contact me as soon as possible to rectify this. Thank you.
