This company no longer exists yet they still appear to be trading!
They are using a fake address on their website - they have NO permission to use 61a Bridge Street, Kington.

I purchased the Crystal Feather Dress, it is absolutely gorgeous. The delivery was super quick too, you get a little company card that comes with it, mine also had a promo code on to use on my next purchase, which is such a lovely touch. I got so many compliments asking where I got my outfit from and very reasonably priced for a small business boutique also.

Would 100% definitely recommend this company!

Disgusting company. Took my money in November over £300. No order all of dec. I then receive a letter in January that I have a parcel to pay for postage at the office. It was this suits and Tutus parcel, they didn’t pay postage. Royal Mail returned it back to the company, I still have had no refund and all correspondence are not being answered.

Shockingly bad do not order from them.
Ordered a bag and the money was taken straight away. Got an email 2 weeks later to say they didn’t have the colour I wanted and do I want another colour or a refund. I opted for a refund. 2 weeks and 2 emails later no refund or no update.

Suits and tutu decided to email me today after they realised the bank asked for a recharge from them, saying delivery will be shortly, ordered shirt 28th Dec 2023, they told me to look at the tracking number they supplied in email - no tracking number, absolute beggars believe!!

Scammed..... Cheating disgusting so called company.
Jacket bought with 24 hour delivery on 19/12/23.......today is 13/01/24.
No jacket
No response to email
No response to calls
No response to chat box

Do not send these scammers a penny.

The person who answers their social media instagram acts like they are doing you a favour. Short and unphased.

They shouldn’t be taking anyone’s money at all.

Shop with them to be messed around and ignored

Big scam ordered an item for a friend for Christmas and still not received the item no response from customer service no idea how I will get my money back

This company is so bad. Firstly, they didn't send the parcel, they don't respond to messages or emails. I waited for approx 1 month, sent multiple chasers, asked for shipping references and had no reply. I saw trust pilot reviews and asked amex for a charge back, amex were amazing and refunded me. This company managed to contact me a few hours after the charge back request and
told me that they had actually shipped the item and begged me to take back charge back. They gave me a fake shipping number and never sent it. 2 weeks after all of that they've cancelled most of the oder it's such a massive scam, they obviously lied when they said it had been sent and for me to cancel chargeback. I agreed to cancel it as soon as I received the goods and I never received anything.

I bought a dress from here and ever since the customer service has been shockingly bad - it can't even be called customer service. I managed to get in touch only once via their live chat, which usually says 'away at the moment' and I was assured my dress would arrive that week. It hasn't, and now my tracking code doesn't work and throws back an error, and their live chat isn't working. I should have read reviews before spending. Sooo p-d off. please avoid this sham of a company which I'm sure will soon be shut down.

After looking on the site to see the dress I ordered last year (2022) is still on there now gone up to £239 I paid £189 it took 6 weeks to come after constant chasing and OMG what a waste of money it was disgraceful nothing like in the picture and so cheap but looking at reviews no one got a refund so I decided to cut my losses and sell it for next to nothing that’s all it was worth stay clear it’s cheap rubbish it was for a special occasion had to go out and buy again

Returns portal doesn’t work, it won’t find my order. Shipping took 15 days then over a week delivery so missed my event by miles, then despite a million attempts to contact them no result as far as how to return and get my money back. Bit scared I’ve lost it all. They don’t want to know and now I’ve got a poor quality suit that I don’t need and zero customer service

If I could give zero I would . Possibly the worst company I’ve dealt with , the quality of the product and the customer service is simply awful . I placed an order for a dress and the funds were taken immediately but no confirmation email or order number , luckily I took a print screen . It then took almost a month of constant calling and emails to have the dress delivered . When it arrived it was extremely poor quality. No where near what you would expect for a £200 plus dress . Then trying to return the item is beyond a joke , the portal doesn’t work , eventually they sent a returns label for yodel , the dress was sent back on the 21/09/23 and I’m still waiting for my refund . All phone calls and Emails have been ignored . I’ve now reported them Barclaycard so hopefully I’ll get a refund . Please so yourself a favour don’t go anywhere near these scammers .

I ordered a trouser suit and I think it got lost in transit I rang customer service and the girl Could not have been more helpful the suit came two days later excellent quality and superb fit i love it highly recommend

My 16 year old daughter bought this velvet suit which cost £93.98 for her uncle funeral she had saved up this money and she wanted it … I have not heard anything I’ve emailed but with no reply . However, I’ve just spoken to a lady called Fiona and she reassures me that my daughter’s goods will be delivered before week commencing the 6th of November. The suit did arrive but just a little later than expected. if you do order from this company, expect a 14 day wait …Unfortunately my daughter didn’t get to wear the suit for her uncles funeral However, .. I just wish they had sent a reassuring email or the website they’re tracking system worked…. I think that is good practice .. however, she was kind enough to refund me half of my daughters expense ..

Whatever you do DONT order from here. Con artists and you call them up about missing orders they say they will call you back only to find your constantly chasing. I’ve given up now but NEVER AGAIN!

I placed an order with Suits and Tutus on August 10th, 2023, and it has been a disappointing experience. Despite their promised delivery window of 7-14 business days, I received no notification about my order's status.

After waiting for two weeks, I reached out to their customer service on August 24th. Their response was initially reassuring, stating my order would arrive the following week. However, since then, I've heard nothing, and they seem to have disappeared.

Suits and Tutus' lack of transparency and communication is frustrating. While delays can happen, they failed to keep me informed. I had high hopes for their products, but I'm left disappointed and wouldn't recommend shopping with them due to their poor customer service.

SCAM WEBSITE

This is a scam website. I ordered a dress two weeks ago, nothing has arrived. I’ve emailed them on two different emails, via their contact page and texted and left a voicemail. Nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

This is a SCAM company. I purchased a dress in June for my birthday, when it didn't arrive on time - I called them and they said it was no longer in stock, they would refund me.... NO REFUND. I paid £75 thinking I was investing in a quality item. This is absolutely horrific, so truly horrendous to scam people during a global economic crisis.
