Happy with the quality compared with the price☺️

Appalled by the customer service. I returned the suit that was already damaged when it was delivered to me. The stitching was done terribly. I have tried WhatsApp and emailing and still no one has returned any of my messages. Do not buy from this website, they take all your money and even when you return items before the returns deadline, they will not return you your money. Will not be buying off of this website ever again.

A CON, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. As others have stated they take your money, do not deliver, do not answer phone, do not respond emails, do not answer WhatsApp. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID. Also these criminals spam your inbox with junk.
I am taking them to claims court for this. Awaiting to hear back from lawyer.

They are a total scam. They will never ever reply you . They have a fake contact number on their website and on WhatsApp they pretend to not receive or read your msg. I returned clothes next day on the address provided and then the pain starts I have been ringing and texting on WhatsApp on the number provided hardly one reply comes we haven't received it and we still in contact with royal mail and they disappear again I claimed royal mail for the parcel lost ( I'm sure they give some fake address and then deny receiving the parcel )
I asked them to send me invoice to help me claim royal mail never got a reply back and I don't think I ever will I have literally lost £105.93. complain about the business if you have experienced the same. I already have!!!

A part of an order was returned the next day on receiving due to size issues. I have contacted the chat line and emailed for an update and a refund. To date, one person replied but no follow up, despite giving a tracking number for the parcel.
Extremely poor customer service. I will never order again, given this experience.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I DON'T KNOW IF IT GOING BURST. I HAVE RETURNED AN ITEM FOR A REFUND, STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND, I HAVE TRIED RINGING, E-MAILING AND MESSAGING 4 ATTEMPTS BUT NOT EVEN ONE REPLY. Ordered 4 items only 3 were sent in the parcel. Tried calling them to ask for a refund on the item not sent, unfortunately, the customer service helpline is not answering or replying to my emails.

Shocking company.. Don't buy from them. They took 20 days to deliver and I'm in the UK. Then they send me 1 item short and fail to inform me until I checked the receipt. It took them a further 5 weeks to refund me even though each day via WhatsApp they kept saying they've sent the money when they hadn't. Their customer service is shocking. Just a bunch of dodgy people. They were better when they had their shop in Bradford.

The single worst company to deal with. It started off good but then was sent out 2nd hand items which had stains on them. spoke to the team and arranged for item to be sent back. They denied receieving it back despite having tracking info and then started ignoring calls and emails.

months later they had they started ringing me up as part of their sales calls. Told them they are untrust worthy and then was promised that they would resolve. "email me direct and i will sort" blah blah blah.

Now years later they have added me to their mailing list again which obviously breaks GDPR laws. These guys are going to be in for a shock as they wont be able to ignore this.

I’ve been a long time customer for suitsme for years now and the last time I had ordered, the service was not good. This time, Mr Shiraz Butt helped me a phenomenally to provide me excellent service and customer support. He helped a lot with this order so I would definitely recommend suitsme and Shiraz Butt!

Do not buy from them...they charged me double amount For postage when it should be free as I paid over £100 for my items no items have been dispatched it’s been over a week no answer when you ring them no refund absolutely scammers. Opened a case through paypal. Hopefully I get my money back.

They not refunding my money after returns. Worst customer service don't buy from them they will take your money and forget about u. It took 3 week to get my order after paying and chasing up time after time, then when I received I returned because of cheap quality but it been 2 months requesting refund but they not answering to emails etc. I've spoken to hasan and bilal they don't give answers and they tell u they will check and confirm with accounts and then disappear.

I actually can’t believe this is a business and that it’s still running! I ordered 4 dresses and received 3! But they took my money for all 4! Plus they charged me double delivery for no reason so I paid £10 on delivery alone!!!!!!! Been trying to get in contact with them to refund me on the missing dress and they don’t even respond! I’m actually infuriated and baffled at how this is still a business at this point, why they haven’t shut down is beyond me! Absolutely disgusting service.

Do not ever buy from this stupid fake company. They would never give you your refund. I have chatted live with them multiple times for 4 months to ask for my refund and they never gave it. I received my order yesterday. Very disappointed, because the clothes were used. Trousers were dirty from the bottom and in the middle of trousers there are wet dream marks .
I was your regular costumer when you had a shop in Glasgow. You let my trust down on you.
While trying to contact this company there’s no answer, you know why because they know what rubbish they have sent me.

Never ever buy from these pathetic rude awful unreliable liars! They take your money and don’t provide any service, I paid full price including next day delivery extra £10 and I didn’t receive my delivery at all, I chased them for 1 month and they just kept repeating someone will call me back, I called everyday and eventually they picked up my call and hung up on me! It’s 6 months since then still no refund and no parcel. They are disgusting rude people and they don’t care about quality and honesty just con people!!!
