An online store distinguishes itself when something goes wrong, and they most certainly did. The package was delivered according to PostNL, however I never recieved it. I contacted the store by phone and got an immediate anwser, and after waiting out the full delivery day they immediately contacted PostNL, keeping me up to date proactively.
The customer service was one of the best experiences I have had, products are just as described, wide selection, I have genuinely nothing negative to say.

Service was quick and reliable but by the time it had gotten through customs it was ripped and bashed up basically . But the service from Michel at suitupshop is a 10.

I placed 2 orders: the second order came extremely fast and well. There was a problem with the first. I contacted their support and had the most excellent service. Michel handled my problem with kindness and professionalism. We discovered it was a mixup with the post service, so he sent me the package again personally so that it would not take any longer to get to me. That package came the next day to my door step. Michel went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed and that my experience was as smooth as possible. I will definitely shop again with them and I recommend their services. The product themselves are extremely high quality and I am glad I found them online.
