I don't recommend the suhki shop at all. Ordered in January rug was not delivered within expected max 12 weeks time. In the meantime there is no information about status of the order, delivery delays, no contact from the shop informing costumer about any issues with the order ! And it is not a 5 USD purchase but much more. I would expected high quality of customer service as the rugs the company is selling.

I love my Ayush woolen loop rug. The custom size means it fits my specification perfectly. I like the fact that it's obviously handmade. It catches the light beautifully. I love knowing that my rug was handmade by people who are treated and paid fairly. I would definitely order from Sukhi again :)

We bought 2 rugs with them and both times the rugs arrived on time, well packed and looked really nice. Great quality.

Sukhi have a great range of different products and styles and a first-class customer service! Katie, our contact person, always replied to our emails in a very short time and was super friendly and helpful, even helping us with her design team to choose the best fitting rug based on some photos of our interior. After about 2-3 months we finally received our Nisu rug and couldn't be more happy. It has an excellent quality and is just perfect for us! Thank you so much, Katie and team! We had to wait for the rug for almost 6 months due to covid and challenges with Russian customs authorities. Our manager Milla was in touch with us and kept us posted on a regular basis. Finally we received the rug and very happy about it! Moreover they covered us extra costs which we had because of the changed delivery terms. We want to thank Sukhi team for a great job!

I love my new Beni Ourain rug (and so does my cat): custom made, quick delivery, beautiful quality. I bought one for my side of the bed and my wife liked it so much I bought a matching one for her side of the bed!

This is my second review for Sukhi. This time I ordered 5 rugs from India. I admit it took months to receive them, but we are in the midst of Covid and India was suffering terribly. I was in touch with Rocio consistently and they did eventually arrive. All of them are stunning. I love the tags, hand-made with a persons name. Have a little patience and you will be well rewarded!

I ordered a rug more than a month ago, expecting to receive an update if I had to wait any longer than expected for delivery. I emailed to ask when I might receive it a week ago as the time had lapsed and had no response. I have tried contacting via the website and despite being 1st in a queue of 1 (!) respondent says they are 'very busy' and asked for my email address to look into the matter. Not able to get through on the given phone number. Strongly now suspect this may be a dodgy but clued up website - lots of the positive reviewers seem to have only written one review.... for Sukhi.

I still haven’t received my rugs that I purchased back on April 2. Nor have I received my order number or anything. Please advise on how to proceed. There is a charge of 1169 on my account but no information from you showing purchase

Really wonderful Beni Ouarain rug, a great great job!!!

We had to exchange the rug we ordered after realizing it was a bit too small for our intended space. But the team at Sukhi has responded quickly and kindly.
