Bbr gives me a monthly mood boost and sets me back on track. I find it very supportive being with others who are building their business, sharing advice and support. Expert guidance is provided by Sukhi and his team that gets to the heart of the issue that you've identified. The session gives me points of reference that I'll return to throughout the month to give me direction, focus and support

I met Sukhi through networking event and asked regarding his mentorship sessions. After having a conversation with Sukhi it was very inspirational. He's a loving and caring person who actually wants to help people using his knowledge of psychology combined with spirituality. He definitly has an understanding that if a person's life is not aligned then neither will they progress in other areas such as career for example in life either. As mentor he is very open and welcoming yet strategic with the mentoring session to make sure you get the most out of it. It's definitely life changing.

A full day learning about yourself.

A very interesting day which helps you to identify what areas you are good at, and also areas that you need to work on. It also gives you an insight on how to interact with different people, creating better outcomes.

I think the course would benefit anyone in business, or working with businesses.

Having built myself up then to see it all fall apart in front of my eyes, brought up a lot of internal questions and a search for knowledge.

Some people spend a life time and beyond searching for answers to these internal questions.

Now, the higher power/universe has presented me with an opportunity, a gift to finally answer these internal questions and close the open loops by putting me in the ideal environment with Sukhi, to learn, to redesign, to sculpt my mind to bring out the person, I am supposed to be full time not 50% of time.

When the new reality settles and the new knowledge is applied life will be and can be what it is intended to be 🙏

This is the third time that I've attended Powergoals since I've been on my business journey and each time it is fresh and new in terms of what I take away. The session is helping me to achieve focus and clarity through applying knowledge from sessions. It helps me cut through the clutter to the areas where I need to focus to succeed and deliver my goals

I've been to a lot of networking events over the last year, and can safely say this was one of the better ones. The engagement, the collation of people and the purpose it held was great. A doctor and keynote speaker added a fantastic touch ro the evening by sharing knowledge about how to manage stress.

I attended The Self D.I.S.C.overy Master Class which was a life changing experience. I learnt a lot about myself and others through the D.I.S.C system with insights in to my natural and adaptive styles. A thoroughly engaging day with lots of discovories and knowledge shared. The personal business reading was a lovely surprise. Everyone, no matter what your previous training or experience is, should do this Master Class!

The experience was incredibly beneficial, the knowledge shared from everyone that attended was very in depth, especially from Sukhi and Gary.

It was a very eye opening experience, really felt like an individual training but in a group setting. I learnt a lot about myself and how to communicate with others. Would recommend this disc training to anyone who wants to understand themselves better.

I was fortunate to be invited to the inspired dinner club by Sukhi and I have been to a few now and always look forward to going whenever I can. IDC is a welcome break from the day to day in a genuinely uplifting atmosphere created by great people over a lovely meal resulting in enlightening conversation across a range of subjects. I highly recommend you go!

With attending the BBR and presenting my challengers. I have also taken in information from other members challengers and stretches. I'm a man who loves to learn and even though I am not in the field as some of the attendees today. Learning about their struggles and the actions to aid them gets me excited for the sessions in the months to come.

There’s something truly magical about BBR and the only way to understand it is by being in the room. Those who’ve experienced it will know exactly what I mean. And for those who haven’t... you're genuinely missing out.

April's session was yet another powerful reminder that in business, and in life, if you're not right, nothing is right. We often show up thinking we need to solve a business problem, only to discover that it’s our personal mindset that needs realignment first. BBR creates a space to unpack that safely.

It’s the only environment I know where honesty, sincerity, and genuine guidance are the standard. There’s no judgement, just growth. Even the things we feel too vulnerable to speak about are met with understanding and compassion. Equally, if it's a kick up the backside that's needed - thats what you'll get! It’s a space where personal breakthroughs are not only possible, they’re expected!

This month, one standout takeaway for me was Sukhi’s teaching on the magnetic mind. Just like a magnet has a north and south to attract and repel, so does our mind. We have the power to pull in what we need and push out what no longer serves us - thoughts, emotions, energy that clouds our clarity. That analogy hit deep for me.

Even curveballs in life were reframed so beautifully,
understanding that sometimes these unexpected situations are perfectly timed. It made me think: if this same thing happened to me in 2 years or 5 years; how different would the impact be? The perspective shift was everything.

BBR is where you close loops that you may have had open for your whole life. It's where those quiet (or not so quiet) “aha” moments happen that bring lasting change. You always leave lighter, clearer, and more aligned.

BBR is a safe space to share challenges and overcome obstacles. Every month is gives me clarity and direction to achieve over the coming month. When you are running a business by yourself it can be overwhelming and BBR provides a community of support, a family who are on your side and want you to win. At the same time it is so good to share knowledge and experiences to help others on their journey

Excellent Business Strategy session with Sukhi. He is a multifaceted human being with the ability to dive into the many different strands of life. Business is no exception. Sukhi is sharp, straight to the point, and provides an incubation environment that helps to guide through the next phase of business with practical knowledge and advice. There are not enough words to describe the feeling after this session 😜 the session was one of the most profound and liberating experiences - from walking into the warm serene healing energy to finally feeling safe enough to just be ME. Sukhi created the space for me, I felt seen and heard without any judgement - a few tears too showing how connected I felt. Sukhi has a superpower to sense your energy and is there every step of the way to help you through the realignment process…

Throughout the session I could feel my inner glow, a sense of happiness and confidence that was so lost coming from deep within one like I’ve never had before…While in the alignment exercise the shifts were so prevalent - it is crazy to think how much was achieved in the short space of time all I can say is wow…I feel so blessed to have met with Sukhi which I truly believe was down to divine timing coming into my life at the most pinnacle time for change in all areas of my life - the work in the session is true alignment with one’s self to achieve on a personal and professional level -

I feel lighter, like I can finally let my shoulders down and so charged (without being in masculine do do more) to take action with LOVE x
