I had a business strategy call with Sukhi, and I found the session to be very insightful. He explained the psychology of human behaviours and how they can impact our lives.

I was also impressed by how on point he was and appreciated the valuable lessons on how to structure my business and personal life. Overall, I found the session to be really insightful, and I would recommend Sukhi's services to anyone who needs guidance in their personal or professional growth.

Sukhi instantly made me feel at ease as he has a genuine aura. His business knowledge is second to none and in less than an hour Sukhi had helped me find the solution to one of my biggest challenges I'd recently encountered in my business.

I attended the Power Goals session and it was fantastic. All during the day, even though it was a group session, Sukhi made it relevent to each individual attendee. I learnt a lot and am looking forward to Session 2 and setting my goals and seeing massive growth in my business.

Great atmosphere, inspirational conversation.

I am so grateful for being part of the BBR Team. It is very important for me to meet with others on a regular basis so that I can keep focused on my goals. Working with a range of people from different business backgrounds allows me to obtain new ideas and views which ensures I am consistently able to improve my work and methods.

The Alignment and Strategy Session today allowed me to reaffirm my goals and to consider some new strategies I can put into place to obtain my outcomes.

The group is very helpful in thinking of new ideas and solutions; and along with Gary and Sukhi, I feel as though I am a part of a focus group that is always working to help me to be better in my life and my business.

I had the pleasure of a one to one session with Sukhi a couple of days ago. He has a great energy and the talent of pinpointing what is holding you back. He gave me powerful, practical advice on how to move the needle and take my business forward. Would thoroughly recommend him!

What helped me was always keeping in mind to be ethical in all business dealings and reflecting on my core values. Business should be a win win situation for both parties. It was also good to think about personality types and if one is introverted then how getting in a partnership with someone who has other skill sets can help to make a strong team and business.

This is my third time attending the DISC masterclass and each time I feel I gain different knowledge and a new set of skills. The first time attending I was very focused on knowledge gathering and understanding my own personality and each time since then its like I unlock a new level of information.
Additionally, the genuine care and consideration of each individual's needs from both Sukhi and Gary is unmatched, while it may be a group setting you truly feel that it is a 1to1 training.

I have been lucky enough to have attended this course twice before, however this time round I experienced it with different eyes! ( Exactly like watching a film for the second/third time). I noticed things that I didn’t notice before. Leading up to the course, I felt so excited and ready to find out more about myself as I wanted this information to positively and dynamically impact my future vocational choices. I really wanted to re-discover my self on an even deeper level, intrinsically: highlighting what motivates me, what causes me stress and how I respond to conflict. How do I behave naturally? What is my adopted style: who am I on the inside versus who am I on the outside? All of these questions and much more were answered through an excellently well-organised, structured and professional DISC Masterclass.

From start to finish the whole training was delivered by Sukhi and Gary in an an unwavering professional manner, full of easy to understand modules and a great organic flow of Q and A sessions. There was even a chance to share our learnings on stage! At first I was quite nervous about this aspect, however we built up to it and both Sukhi and Gary were more than accommodating and supportive when pushing us out of our comfort zones. It must be said that Sukhi’s focus, concentration, attention to detail and infinite knowledge banks when delivering content was inspiring…. I don’t know how he does it! Sukhi’s intellectual stamina and agility to engage and proficiently teach the psychological and physiological science of DISC profiles for over 8 hours was outstanding! Both Gary and Sukhi paid attention to each and every one of the mentees ensuring the comprehension of all concepts of the curriculum.

The DISC content regarding the four different personality profiles was absolutely mind blowing!! This section of the course focused on individual patterns of external, observable behaviours and measured the intensity of characteristics using scales of directness and openness. Each of the DISC profiles being: D - dominance, I - influence, S - stability and C - compliance. We learnt that we are all four, but at varying degrees - this makes us who we are! The beauty or secret of this course (I’m not very good at keeping secrets!) is that acquiring extensive knowledge about each of the profiles enables us to become ‘consciously aware’ of not only our own behaviours but those of other people. In other words you can successfully connect, build rapport and interact with anyone! You will learn how to ‘READ THE ROOM!! In addition to this, with this specialist knowledge you will be able to resolve conflict within relationships whether that be in the work or home domain. You’ll understand ‘why’ different people react the way they do and according to their DISC profile you can ‘build bridges’ with them in a very unique way.

This course has not only helped me to become a better ‘me’ , it has also enhanced my ability to easily ’see’ and ‘hear’ certain behaviours. So now I can quickly and accurately ‘read’ other people and use this ‘next level’ knowledge to enhance my own communication and inter-personal skills. This training has afforded me with tools such as ‘Power Learning’ and the ‘C. U. C. Learning Loop’ to ‘consciously’ understand my self! I would highly recommend this training to anyone who wants to change their work/home life for the better. Anyone looking to work more efficiently and proficiently with easy practical steps and to increase peace of mind, well the course is for you!! If anyone has the good fortune of working with both Sukhi and Gary, it will truly increase your capacity for being excited about YOU: your goals and what matters to you.

Such an eye opening, mind opening and heart opening experience at the masterclass. I learned so much about social interaction and how to get best out of yourself.
It was my first time attending so I was so apprehensive but was quickly put as ease by such a welcoming non judgemental atmosphere.
