Customer service is shocking
Bought many items from these and never had a problem, until recently… a pair of my jeans I bought from them split at the seam when the froth area is, I emailed them asking to help resolve but never even got a reply.
£50 on a pair of jeans to split a few months after purchase is shocking, and to not even reply to an email regarding is just as bad.
Won’t buy from these again which is a shame because some of their clothing is nice.

Delivery was superb and within a couple of days. I had problems with sizing on some items but the team were happy to exchange to get it right. Products are excellent and comfortable. Fantastic.

Great product. Fantastic customer service
For a small clothing business, these guys are nailing it - the products are great and the customer service is excellent. I wish them all the best and I look forward to seeing what products they bring to the store in the future.
The slim comfort jeans are great - I bought two pairs - very comfortable and really nice quality. Probably going to buy more in other colours too.
Customer service wise, Josh and Laura are brilliant - responses were quick and they were happy to help me find the right sizes for the best fit for me, asking me what I was after and then making recommendations that were spot on.
They were also quick to help me return products that I had bought in the wrong size, sorting me out with easy exchanges as a result.
More than happy to recommend Sulfit to others.

NOT SLIM FIT, SIZING AND FIT IS WAY OFF
A while back I ordered a few pairs of the “Slim fit” jeans in different colours. They looked amazing on the website, and exactly what I was looking for & had nicer colours of jeans than similar instagram competitor clothing stores, for the same sort of price, (around about £50 ish) which is a perfectly normal price for decent jeans. So I went ahead and ordered them in my usual size 32 waist.
I was very disappointed upon receiving my items that they were all at least 3 sizes too big. And one of the pairs was 4 sizes too big even though they were the exact same jeans as the other pairs but in a different colour. They didn’t even look slim fit in the legs at all, More of a straight / boot cut jean. So even if I reordered and they fit me round the waist, I don’t see how they would be slim fitting at all in the legs.
It’s a shame as the colours of jeans I ordered were really nice, better than elsewhere, but the size and fit is just nothing like I expected. Unfortunately missed the return date too so I’ve lost hundreds of £££ buying the type of jeans that I could buy in the local supermarket for £20 but 3x too big. Definitely not worth the “decent jeans price tag”
Pleased to see that there is warnings about the sizing now on the website but I won’t be ordering from here again.

Sneaky and Unusual Return Policy
I purchased two items from Sulfit Clothing during a sale and was really disappointed when they arrived — the quality did not match the photos at all. Naturally, I wanted to return them. That's when I discovered their very unusual return policy: if an item is discounted more than 25%, you're only eligible for an exchange or a gift card — no refunds.
Most of their items are constantly "on sale," which makes this policy feel like a deliberate tactic to lock in customers' money. Yes, I should have read the policy more closely, but this type of restriction is not standard and feels misleading. It's definitely left a bad taste and, unfortunately, I won't be shopping with them again or recommending them to others. Buyer beware.

A very disappointing experience...
Having followed Josh for a number of years and always appreciated and enjoyed his content I was keen to give his brand Sulfit Clothing a try.
I purchased a grey zip hoodie and it arrived in a few days. The hoodie wasn’t very soft and not to my liking so I returned it (Within their 14-day policy and in an unworn/perfect re-sellable condition) and this is where the problems started.
Apparently, because I’d used a 10% discount code (Was a new customer) I wasn’t eligible for a refund and after a tedious email exchanged it became clear that they wouldn’t refund me my money. They offered me a gift card for the same value of the hoodie, however having returned the item within their 14-day policy and in an unworn/perfect re-sellable condition I am entitled to my money back by law.
I don’t understand why you’d risk clocking up a host of negative reviews, it clearly seems to be a problem from reading some of the other comments here. Just deploy a 30-day return policy on all items to keep things simple and to bring yourself in line with other retailers. It’s what online shoppers come to expect.
All In all, a really disappointing experience which has left me out of pocket and has put me off returning as a customer.
