Seamless professional service throughout. Will be buying again

I originally brought a piano from Sulinda Music way back in 2015. I remember they were exceptionally, friendly, and offered high-end second-hand digital pianos at highly competitive prices.

I recently wanted to upgrade my old Yamaha Clavinova to a newer model with wooden keys and better hammer action. I purchased a CLP-645 which was advertised as "used" but is in fantastic condition. They even part-exchanged my old Clavinova and gave me a discount. The delivery fee is very reasonable for them coming to your home address and assembling the piano for you (my situation was awkward as I wanted the piano upstairs but they were very accommodating).

I can't recommend them enough for their friendly and reliable service, as well as their fantastic pianos. I'm so glad I purchased second-hand as there's simply no need to pay inflated prices on brand-new pianos. Equally, the service you receive is second-to-none and I can guarantee that even if you brought a brand new piano through a reputable supplier, you still wouldn't receive the same level of service as you would from Sulinda.

Fantastic second hand Clavinova 950 digital piano. 20yrs old but impeccable condition, and having read the reviews, the tone is even better than I could have hoped for, well done Yamaha! To buy something new this good would’ve cost 4 x as much, so very pleased. Always a bit of a risk buying a product unseen online, but lovely, helpful seller who both delivered and set it up for us, a true piano enthusiast whom I found myself trusting, and so glad I did. Even my OH is enjoying all of the functions on this lovely piano. Thank you very much.

From beginning to end the transaction was faultless! Communication was first class, order was finalised in minutes as was the delivery date, time was arranged, we were told that courier will contact us within a few hours of arrival which they did! Prompt service

Just excellent service. The piano we bought (a Yamaha YDP 142) was well photographed. It's used and has a couple small dents, and we could see them in the photos, no surprises on arrival. It was shipped the day after we ordered. It plays great. Super smooth purchase, very happy.

The electric piano YDP-145 arrived in very good cosmetic condition with only one very small scratch which was barely visible and no signs of use whatsoever. Delivery was smooth I was updated throughout the process and contacted the day before by the courier and asked to confirm the delivery slot was convenient. There was slight problem with the sliding keyboard lid which had become slightly out of line and causing an intermittent squeak, Peter responded quickly when I contacted him and was able to advise me how to realign it and so was quickly rectified.

I’d had a Clavinova for several years, but it was “showing its age “, and a replacement was called for. Your selection of secondhand instruments gave me plenty of choice. I ended up choosing your cheapest option, not because of the cost, but because it provided me with a straight forward keyboard in an immaculate casing. I don’t require any of the extra functions that feature on the more complex models.
As a professional pianist, I quite simply needed a good quality keyboard for practising purposes in addition to my Bechstein grand piano.
This I now have, and I am very pleased with the result.

Second piano we've bought from Sulinda, great service and communication, but overall his prices are unbeatable! I've rented a van twice and driven from Birmingham to pick them up and still saved money from buying locally. The quality of the pianos is fantastic, the first we bought 4 years ago and is still as good as new!

Would heartedly recommend to anyone looking for an upgrade or even starting out wanting their first piano.
