Three months, no order, no response...

Three months ago we placed an order for my daughters birthday. No response from customer service (contacted multiple times) so filed a PayPal dispute. PayPal never heard back either so we got a refund. Do yourself a favor and don't bother ordering from this place.

Awful Service

My experience is the same as others here. Ordered a tshirt as a Christmas present early December, recieved order confirmation and nothing since...... 4 emails to them and no response..... Shocking service!!

Money stealing

Ordered item late November. It's now over a month later. Item hasn't been shipped. Money hasn't been returned. No correspondence. Awful company. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered two t-shirts

Ordered two t-shirts, and received the order confirmation email, but that was the last contact I had from them.

I have tried contacting them through email, Facebook and Twitter, but no response. Three weeks have passed since I placed the order, so I’m not hopeful of a resolution.

Think I will have to contact my bank to get a refund, as there’s no way of cancelling the order, and contacting them is clearly a waste of time.

Just 1 item received instead of 2. No contact possible.

Hi, same problem. My daughter ordered 2 items (vinyl & hoodie) on 19th of Oct. On 16th of Nov she received only 1 (vinyl). Company is not responding to any of her e-mails, it's been 3 weeks. Sumerian Records is very active on Facebook adding new items to sell. But when you ask a question under these posts, then they don't respond. There are several people complaining about not receiving items and not getting any info from Sumerian Records. Very dissappointing.

No products received

Same problem here, ordered 3 weeks ago, no following message since then. I wrote to them and no answer in a week. So disappointed! I was counting on it for a Christmas present!

Item not dispatched and lack of contact

Ordered item on 10th November which according to the description online was in stock and would be dispatched the next working day (although dates on website still referred to Christmas 2021 so may be out of date). Order was also confirmed via email soon after.
Two weeks later, I have still had no notification of the item being dispatched and emails to company have went unanswered for almost a week - despite an automated reply saying I would receive a reply to my query within 48 hours. There is also no other way of getting in touch with company, though the automated response did state if I sent a follow up email that I would be sent to the bottom of the queue again!!
I was relying on this item for a present - very unhappy.
