I wish I could leave zero stars. Ordered a game two and a half months ago. Tracking stopped tracking a month ago. Every time I email them, I get an automated reply saying they’ll send out another, but give no updated tracking number. This happens every time I order something off Facebook. Never again.

I ordered 50 lbs of grass seed and received a 9 ounce envelope. They refuse to admit what they have done and offered 5 dollar refund. I paid 60. Please don't buy from them.

ZERO STARS! Outright, blatant fraud. Here's how they did it. They sold me 50lbs of grass seed. My 50lbs of grass seed never arrived. Meanwhile they sent a small, unmarked pouch in the mail from Rock Rock in Georgia. No literature in this packet to indicate Summer Mantra or grass seed. Turns out this little pouch had small clay pellets in it and I did not know what they were and thought it was a mystery so I tossed it out. Two days later, Summer Mantra sends a delivery tracking that my order had been delivered. I knew I had not received 50 lbs of grass seed but when their tracking said in mailbox, I put two and two together and let them know that I only got one lb and not 50 lbs. They wanted pictures of the damaged item. I explained and got ignored.
I escalated a claim with PayPal they showed the tracking of the one pound package to prove the order was delivered so PayPal denied the claim. I re-filed the claim with a dispute that the item received was significantly different than what was ordered so once again they cheated the system and offered a refund once the item had been returned to HONG KONG. So PayPal denied the claim since I did not provide tracking for the return. This is a lot of hokey-pokey to steal less than 70 dollars from someone. Buyer beware of Summer Mantra. Any good reviews are probably fake.

One star only because it's the lowest offered! DO NO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Only wish that I had read this before I ordered. No product ever delivered and ran around in circles for 2 months.

I ordered 50# grass seed for a confirmation amount of $52.49. My credit card was charged $62.99
They claim that it was delivered but nothing ever came to my house. They even claim an exact delivery time but that, too, was false. This is nothing but a big scam. Stay away from this company and spread the word.

I received 15 ounces of the 50 pounds of seed that I ordered. The customer service team offered a refund of $16 from the total amount of $68 that I spent. The correspondence I received appears to be automated, likely generated by a chatbot. I would advise other potential customers to reconsider their decision before purchasing from this company, as I am quite disappointed with their business practices.

SCAM - bought 25lbs of seed paid over $35.00. Received 7.2ozs. Contacted several time their statement was the warehouse said they sent the correct amount.It took over a month to receive what I did receive when I put out to grow didn’t seem to contain seeds just some type of coating that melted.

TOTAL scammers. I got stung on the same grass seed swindle as others I see posted here. They were offering $4 back against my $40 original cost... There's a special place waaay down below for these people. DO NOT do business with them, its not worth it.

It is a scam and they are freaking liars!!
After 3 weeks and no delivery I started emailing them at least once a week wondering where my order was and they kept assuring me it was in transit.

They emailed me back yesterday and said it was delivered to my mailbox over 2 weeks ago!

I have a locked mailbox and no one has the key except for me and the mailman and I check the mail every day and it never arrived but they said it did and so I don't get my money back I don't get a product I don't get anything they are though absolute worst company in the world avoid them at all costs I hope they all burn in hell!

Avoid them at all costs. The company is located in China so once they got your money you are screwed!!!

Ordered two 25 lb packages of grass seed, ended up paying over $50 plus additional postage and only received about 2 ounces. They continue to claim their shipping department sent the correct amount. Eleven emails later and they offered $14 refund. Complete BS is all this is. I sent pictures of the packaging with the postage due notice and they still won't refund the full price or send a replacement order.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM OR BELIEVE THEM.

I have had the same experience as many others who have left reviews. I ordered two £25 bags never got it and when I tried to follow up they said it was the tariffs and then they sent me some BS about it had been delivered to check with the post office well No it took them three weeks to come up with that excuse don’t buy anything from them. They’re a scam.

Summer Mantra is a total scam. I ordered what was supposed to be two 25 lbs of grass seed. Although I received emails for over a month indicating that the order was being shipped FROM GERMANY and it cleared Germany and U.S. customs, the order never came. They sent a final email saying the order had been delivered, but my Ring camera does not show any such delivery. When I complained about the lack of delivery, they said to check with the Post Office and neighbors to see if they had the package. I had received and Amazon package, clearly marked as such and not containing two 25lb of grass seed, and send them the picture showing the postman delivering the Amazon package. They said to open the package, to see if their order was inside. Last I checked they are not Amazon. I also send them a octubre of an unknown package that had been put in my mailbox. The little packet measured 3 inches x 5 inches and it was clearly not two-25lb of grass seed. I never received what I ordered and they did not return my money. Save yourself the trouble with Summer Mantra. They are a scam.

I didn't get what I ordered. And there reasons are tariffs ( but I ordered before the deadline. Got some package with no dir too. Or indication of what it was. Supposed to be 5 10lbs bags or 50 pounds of grass seed
I had to pay for shipping as the label was counterfeit, but got reimbursed. Complained and they offered me a 10 dollar refund , when I paid 50. Awful company. Don't buy anything from here.

Paid for 10 pounds of grass seed for $26. After 6 weeks received a package containing 2 ounces. Their initial offer to make this “right” was to offer a one dollar refund. They have raised that to 6 dollars and are acting like they are doing me a great favor. Do not do business with these people.

I sure wish I had seen Trustpilot before I had ordered anything from Harrietadk Co. Not only did they get the shipping amount wrong, they didn’t show the bottomline total before I paid it. When I saw how they charged the amount in my bank account and I questioned the shipping and taxes, did I find out they were trying to hide the $10.49 tariff. Add that to the $8.99 shipping which they also tried to hide, the total bill of $25.98 practically doubled. I’m in the process now of trying to get my money back. I did notify them to cancel my order, but they’ve ignored that email. They’ll probably ignore this review too as it appears they have ignored everyone else’s. Do not order from these people. Those who are happy with them are very few and lucky.

I placed an order that was never received. The company absolutely refuses to give me a refund.

Ordered a 10 pound bag of Dwarf grass seed and I got some kind of seeds about 1oz. Live and learn about scams. Facebook should be ashamed of allowing scammers like this on their website. Never got my money back. They have NO SHAME. Evil..
