Great communication throughout the process and the team of Brian and Lewis worked tirelessly to ensure the installation was completed within a reasonable timeframe without compromising on quality.
They ensured everything was cleaned up each day and the company arranged for an uplift of all the old windows and materials. So needless to say we can without doubt recommend the company which even although a high standard, you will find them reasonably priced.

We were initially attracted to this company through their Facebook page, and from the start we had a very positive impression. After taking around five months to make our decision, we finally chose to go ahead—throughout that time, there was absolutely no pressure from the company, which we really appreciated.

The installation day went smoothly, and communication was excellent at every stage. Six months later, we noticed something we wanted adjusted that we hadn’t picked up on at the time of fitting. After getting in touch with John, he responded promptly and resolved the issue quickly, despite the time that had passed.

Overall, this is a company you can trust, and we would happily recommend them.

Summerfield Windows & Doors installed new doors at the front and rear of my property and the service throughout was excellent. From the first contact the communication was clear and responsive. Every question received a prompt reply and the installation date was arranged quickly and efficiently.

The installation team arrived on time, worked in a professional and friendly manner, and clearly took pride in their work. The quality of the installation is excellent and the doors look fantastic. Attention to detail was clear during the fitting and everything was finished to a high standard. The team also kept the work area clean and tidy throughout the job and left the property spotless once the installation was complete. This level of care makes a big difference.

We just had all our windows in the house replaced and would highly recommend Summerfield. John and John were great when they came out to give us a quote and talk about our options. They were great with communication and kept us up to date throughout. The windows were fitted quickly and to a great standard.

Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish to finish. The father and son team of John senior and John junior have Ben amazing. Firstly I received the quote which was more than 50% cheaper than I had been quoted from one of the big window companies. I was kept informed throughout the whole process which was brilliant and something I am not used to. The windows arrived as advised. The fitter Zander turned up exactly on time and installed the windows to an excellent standard. All in I am over the moon about what Summerfield have done. Read my other views as I only give praise where it is due. Well done Summerfield. Brilliant experience thank you.

Great company that provided a smooth quick professional experience from start to finish.

I contacted Summerfield through Facebook, enquiring about sound proofing my large bedroom window... which is on a busy main road. John and John jr were out to take measurements, and I settled on replacing the panes with ACOUSTIC glass. A few days later, they were installed. But unfortunately my frames were already slightly warped, which prevented the windows shutting properly. This wasn't to be a problem ... John arranged for his engineer to return and replace the hinges. Windows now close perfectly, and I'm enjoying better quality sleep thanks to the acoustic glass. Fab company, very knowledgeable and great to deal with.

Instalation was done efficiently with no mess left behind. The windows have made my house so quiet and draft free inside plus the composite door looks great.

A minor issue with a panel outside their control has just been rectified in a fast and efficient manner.

From our first enquiry, right through to fitting John and John were fantastic! Questions were answered quickly and we were kept informed of updates. The whole team are lovely and attention to detail is fantastic. The fitter left our bathroom nice and tidy once the window was fitted.

Replacing windows and back door at my elderly mum’s house and Summerfield windows couldn’t have made it go any smoother. From the 1st visit from the two Johns to the follow up call, nothing was too much trouble.

There was no hard sell and their price was very competitive, compared to the other quotes but still getting the same quality and service.

Installation team were fab and even when the weather turn very wet and cold they did not stop and everything was left clean and tidy.
