I wish I had seen this before I ordered my necklace Nov 2020. I have sent over 3 messages and now they blocked so my messages are not going through. So the next thing I'm going to do is post the info on Facebook forewarning people to never order from them. But I did find another site to order the necklace but I don't want to pay more.

I wish I would have checked into this site before I ordered. I placed my order in September of 2020 for the 'Mysterious Black Cat Mask.' On the site it states it has realistic fur and the mouth moves when you talk. I was sent a tracking number when it was mailed. To date, I still have not received it. I have emailed them numerous times and they have said to please be patient, it will arrive in my mailbox soon. The funny thing is, the tracking number they gave me says it was delivered on the 29th of October...but it was a shirt that was ordered from a completely different store name...so noooooooooooooo, it wasn't delivered. They had said that there was a tracking number mix up. When I asked for the tracking number for the black cat mask they said to be patient...yadda yadda yadda. I tried an experiment and went on to three other sites and ordered the same mask...same description and everything. The first place I received gloves...they said they accidently packed the wrong thing (really??) and they would reimburse me a portion of my money and I could keep the gloves. The second place i received a rubber werewolf mask...one like you would get at a dollar store. When I took pictures and got a hold of that company, they said that they could only reimburse me 10 percent of my money and it would cost me more to send the wrong item back then if I just took the money they were willing to give me and they would let me keep the mask. I told them that they were the third place that I have tried to get this mask from and that I was starting to think it was a scam and that the mask they had on their site was just to get people to order and pay for it and they would send out other things and keep most if not all of the persons money. They gave me back 60 percent of my money and let me keep the mask...which stinks by the way...there is no way you could wear that for a long period of time. The third place I ordered from (which would make four places in total - stupid, I know right?) - the package came in a timely manner and when I opened the package there was a black cat mask in there...but it was completely rubber. No hair, no moveable mouth, nothing like the picture. So, I have emailed the person from Summertear that I have been emailing since the beginning of October about my order and said I want my money back and I told them of the experiment I did, what I received, etc and that the places that they are running are nothing but a bunch of scammers. Not like they are going to care or anything, right?? They already have our money. And they will just close down that shop and open up another one. I guess I will just have to give up the dream of having that awesome "Mysterious Black Cat Mask" because it just isn't out there to be purchased. Oh, and that black cat rubber mask smells just as bad as that werewolf mask!!

I emailed them to say i havent received a tracking number, then they said i had to be patient as they will sent it when order is sent out. Be in post this afternoon. That was 20th January. Still waiting. I have sent enough email to them. Looks like i have wasted what little money i have.

I ordered two Christmas ornaments from them at $20.00 each. When I received them I was in shock. They are nothing but shrinky dinks! Just a piece of cheap crappy plastic. Ad on facebook totally misrepresented product I recieved. Do not order from them they are the biggest scam. This was a FB ad and I fell for it. Never again.

Ordered a black cat mask 4 months ago received nothing but lies.
PayPal won't refund because summertear claims that they send the order to me.
Apparently they have some kind of proof that I have received the mask. LIES!!!!!

I ordered Christmas ornaments and what I received was not anything like the picture they had on Facebook. They are scams. Don’t order from them, I am calling better business.

I ordered two Christmas ornaments from them at $20.00 each. When I received them I was in shock. They are at most a $1.00 item at the dollar store. You can not communicate with them. Do not order from them they are the biggest scam. This was a FB ad and I fell for it.

They never send your items! Its 4 month and only exuses

MAJOR SCAMMERS!! Everyone needs to call the Better Business Bureau on these yahoos. This company uses bogus delivery pictures & tracking numbers "proving" a delivery was made. These people need to be TAKEN DOWN!!

It is a scam. I purchased a halloween costume and they send fake deliveries to other address to look like delivered. Had to force refund through paypal. Criminals, stay away from this scammer!

Do not buy from here..they will send you something other than you ordered and then tell you too bad..tough luck

summertear riped me off! They took the money and never sent the mask. I should of known because they advertised on Facebook.

Do not order!!!!!! This place is a definite scam! I placed an order with them on 09/27 for a werewolf mask for a gift. On their website it stated delivery was expected 15 business days. That was a lie. It is 11/02 and no mask. Apparently our order was sent to another address and it was supposedly a bunch packets or something of sort. Now I have to contact PayPal and hope they can help me with a refund from this company.

Still waiting for an order from August 17 and getting no satisfaction from their customer service. I think I read somewhere that this is a young/new company. They will be out of business soon if they don't improve.

You will never receive your order. I paid 2 months ago and Never received anything. This so called company are a scam. I’m filing a report on this fake business.

Big scammers, I ordered the werewolf mask, that after the fact I found out belonged to another maker and disputed the payment with Paypal, they sent me a tracking number and I got a notice on my phone that it was delivered in my rural mailbox while I was at home, I went out and nothing was there, I filed a claim with the Post Office, they looked into It and told me that the tracking number was not for me or my address, since they provided a tracking number, Paypal denied my claim as of this morning. Now i have to keep at it hoping I can make Paypal see the light of these scammers. PAYPAL has approved my claim after checking with the post office and refunded my whole amount.

This place is impossible to work with. Their product they advertise is NOT what you get. I bought a mask from them and it was expensive. When I revived it, it was something you would buy from the dollar store. Con artists!!

Legit Scam.... pretty slick website, package wont arrive, paypal wont pay.

Do not order anything from them. I ordered the “Mysterious black cat mask” from them over a month ago, sent them an email asking about it, and looking for a tracking number, and they sent me a number for a package which I have no other record of, which was delivered three days before they said they’d shipped it! I’m in the midst of trying to get my money back through PayPal, and the company is saying that they’ll give me a full refund after I return what they sent me... but they never sent me anything! This is what makes it hard to dispute, because they say they sent you something. What helps, is that the dates don’t line up, so hopefully PayPal will take it up, and make good on their customer protection, even if Summer Tear/Jinzhou Network Technology Co. Limited won’t return the money. Just don’t buy anything from them.

Definitely doesn’t even deserve one star. Scam company pretending to sell halloween masks which do not actually exist. Images stolen from Crystumes and SFX companies (do a google search for the name of the mask, they are so lazy they rarely change the text from the legitimate adverts they’ve stolen the images from).
