Horrible experience. Product is horrible and customer service is making excuses as to why a $30 ring looks like a gumball machine ring. The two rings ordered look nothing alike although they should only be different colors. Absolute huge waste of time and money.

I'm giving this product 3 stars because it was the 2nd ring sent to me and still looked as awful as the first one. The design painted on the ring just doesn't look anything like the pictures or the rings in the videos.

But we want to do right by our customers and let our supplier know how we can improve. Can you explain what was awful about the rings? We have some mixed reviews, yet we know how these rings can glow and look pretty awesome. Since they are pure resin rings, some batches may differ from others.
