This is not my first time purchasing from you and as normal I recieved my goods quickly and in these troubling times with this covid 19 that's saying something,fair price,quick delivery,you can't go wrong.

I ordered over 2 weeks ago.... have emailed and asked for an update which has not been responded too and now I’m being pestered to leave a review?

We ate the tasty selection for a week straight as meal replacement and we still like the taste, which says a lot. Use slightly less water than recommended, if you stirr the contents and you will be fine.

Giving 4 stars since initial order was lost in limbo until i wrote support, at which point Mel got it re-send quickly. Second batch arrived quick and without hickups, even during the wuhan virus epidemic.

Excellent simple and tasty expedition food, from a couple of days to a week or more cycling, hiking or playing in the mountains. Breakfast, main meals and dessert, high calorie with a good balance of fats protein and carbs to keep you moving. Great customer service too.

I still haven’t received my order after 2 weeks of waiting, not received any correspondence either and it just says processing when I log in to the website.

Shame, this company used to treat its customers so much better. Sadly now they leave you waiting a week for your order to be despatched. Excuses of ‘we have been busy’ are just an excuse to say ‘we don’t really care’. It takes only a minute to send an email stating there is a delay, but no because they are ‘busy’ they can’t be bothered. Well I am busy too and will no longer use this company.
