Total scam. Terrible product.

If I could give less than 1 star, ai would. Do not buy items from this company. When they arrived damaged due to poor packaging, the company will only agree to fully refund you if you send it back because they know this will cost you more tha you paid for the items to begin with. Total rip off! They initially offered me 30% of what I paid as a refund.

Scammed! Ordered the retro phone case and it never shipped. Tracking number is bogus and when you write them an email you receive an automatic reply in very broken English. Do not buy from here.

Tried to purchase a retro tv bluetooth speaker, October 27, 2019 from an ad on Instagram (through Summret.com). Received nothing, in fact, the "tracking" number shows that the item never left China. Requested a refund multiple times, the Company has ignored my requests. Apparently they can just take your money and ship you nothing and it's perfectly fine. It has been 73 days since I ordered the item, the item is still in China and my money is in their pockets. TOTAL SCAM!

Items purchased in November. After several weeks with no shipping notificiation, I emailed requesting the items to be cancelled. I was advised it would be dispatched in 3-5 days. Again, I requested cancellation. 2 days later they shipped it anyway. After 2 months I finally received the items and have been trying for a week to organise a return and refund with no response. I have raised a dispute with Paypal and should hopefully get my money back. It's just rude when people don't reply back.

My retro TV purchase did arrive a month after ordering, but it is not at all as advertised (it cannot be used with a phone case on, etc) and the volume didn’t work. The customer service response said that my concerns were merely an opinion and if I didn’t like it, they suggested I give it to charity because return shipping is costly. They have not responded to subsequent email requests for a return address & process.

Scammers. Ordered over 30 days ago. No sign of a shipment. Do not order from them.

I was scammed as well. Ordered the retro blu tooth phone holder and it apparently never left China. Customer service sent me a bogus screen shot of the tracking report. Hopefully I can get my money back through paypal

I have ordered the Retro TV Bluetooth Speaker Mobile Phone Holder....It has been advertised with USB plug and all sorts of gadgets. What I got was a plastic thing to slot the phone in, no bells and whistles as advertised. Have sent e-mail today. This was supposed to be Christmas presents. If no reply by end of day...will contact the bank to investigate and try and get my US$39.98 back.

Don't order from this company ! I Ordered November 9th. It's now December 17th. I tried tracking the shipment, but it's all in Chinese. I think I've been scammed.

Terrible service. Ordered 3 weeks ago and paid for shipping. The package still has not left China !! Think I've been scammed !

Do not order from these people, totally dishonest. Claimed 3 day shipping with express mailing and after a month it's still not here, not even shipped out yet! SO MAD!

I ordered a retro tv phone holder and got one after a week. Every was good until i opened the package. I got a retro tv phone holder with two right feet. As both left and right feet should be tilting to the respective sides, the damn thing cant even stand as the left foot doesnt fit. I contacted the customer service with pictures of the mess they had sent. Well the reply i got was brilliant. I could get a 10% refund and then buy the damn foot thats no more than two cm at a local shop. There is no local shop in my country. But thats apparently too hard to understand. So i got a damn phone holder that cant even stand.
