AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Ordered jeans. Adverts are British, but product is from China. Jeans on adverts are not the jeans that arrive. Cheap copies. Mine was 3 sizes too big. £28 I paid. Refused refund. Offered £2, increased by £2 every time I contact them. Maximum £12. Finally sent me a return address (long and jumbled). No postcode. Every address in China has a post code. My courier can't sent without postcode. Its a money making machine. You pay, receive rubbish, they refuse refund. If you do send, address is not legit. They will say the haven't received it. After 3 weeks, I'm still battling for a legit address. They want tracked return, which means it costs to send much more than it should, hence why they offer £2 to keep and no return) then they've made £20 each order for sending crap. Absolutely disgusting.

Do not buy from these scammers. They advertise a Car Play adapter which, when it eventually arrives is a cheap bluetooth adapter. Difficult to deal with and only a minimal refund offered.

Absolute scammers, did not receive my Carplay adapters as they were delivered to wrong address. Totally ignoring my requests for a refund saying I've received the products - they've been delivered but not to me! Judging by reviews on this product it's absolutely useless anyway. These rip-off companies make me so fecking angry! 😡

As another reviewer found, they do not have wireless CarPlay capability as advertised and are only just a regular Bluetooth adaptor which I don’t need as my car already has Bluetooth. I contacted customer services and they told me I had received what I ordered and they offered £2. They are total scammers, and I fell for it. Please spread the word and avoid this bunch of cowboys at all costs.

Absolutely shocking quality. Took forever to come. When it arrived it was not fit for purpose. A total rip-off. Do not buy from this company

I seen a page on facebook selling apple adapters, this is to make carplay wireless. My order confirmation even says this, this company refuses to send me the correct item or refund me.

They say the product is what I ordered. The product they sent is a bluetooth audio transmitter.

Purchased a wireless CarPlay Bluetooth adaptor after clicking the link from the advert. Product is just a normal Bluetooth adaptor (which is useless as my car already has bluetooth) and that doesnt even work properly (poor sound quality and choppy). They claim i ordered the correct product and offer £3 compensation or a full refund if i return the product (at my own expense) which is listed in China. Absolute scammers, avoid at all costs

I have been sent multiple items which I haven't ordered anf trying to send them back. At least 15 emails to them and no response.
Do not buy anything from this site.

Don't order off this scam site. Item didn't work and you had to return it to the warehouse in China for refund and pay postage fees, which were more expensive than item. Absolutely disgusting

Awful, awful, tummy control jeans arrived much later than expected, wrong size wrong colour,offered me £3 and then £5 for a product that I am unable to use. Awful customer service.

Bought a wireless Apple CarPlay play device which DOSE NOT WORK WITH APPLE CARPLAY. Having slot of difficulty’s getting my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Bought 2 pairs of jeans in 2 different sizes to try, 1 pair fit fine and when i attempted to return the other pair they basically said unless they'd sent the wrong item then they would not accept returns or refunds! actually sent me an email suggesting i gift them to a friend! offered me £3 in compensation, and i'm left with a pair of Jeans that are no use to me! absolutely shocking customer service! Do not order from this company unless your happy to keep the goods.

Scam bluetooth carplay adaper they offer you £2 refund same scam with everyone from a false advertisment on instagram dodgy avoid at all cost

Complete and utter scam. You react to an advert for Apple Carplay Bluetooth dongle and purchase it only to be sent a basic Bluetooth receiver that doesn't work. If only I had dead the reviews of business on Trust pilot. The seller has created a false scenario where you believe the item is coming from USA but not at all, it's from China directly with no mention of company etc on packaging. And having contacted them they reply with standard bluster and of course offering $2 refund which nobody will accept.

Ordered the USB stick to support Wireless Apple CarPlay and what they sent me does not work. Have been offered the £2 refund (what a joke) and although I can and have proved to them that the item I ordered was not what they sent me (proof being that the item in my order received email is not the item that was delivered) they insist I received what I ordered. Really wish I’d read the reviews before ordering but lesson learned. Do not order from this company. Unless you enjoy arguing with people and expect no results.

Company is operating from China and not the UK or anywhere in Europe. Order arrived and was damaged, I asked for a full refund and all they would offer was £2. Do not order from this website. All the US reviews praising the company are fake accounts.

Absolutely shocking company. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.
I bought a pair of jeans that cost £23.99. They are dreadful quality but more importantly about 3 or 4 sizes too big.
They offered me £2 compensation and said I could keep the jeans. I have emailed repeatedly asking for a full refund as per my customer rights for supplying a faulty product. Disgraceful charlatans.
