Aircon for home office
With the current weather I ordered a portable aircon unit (Olimpia Splendid Dolceclima Compact 8 P) for my home office. I ordered at 2pm on Thursday and it was delivered at 8:15am on Friday. The sales service and unit itself were both amazing. I would highly recommend.

Unico Splendid Air 8 HP R410A
Very fast delivery, excellent Air Con unit arrived with the vents to install it thru the wall.
The plug was a European two pin which came with an adapter plug to three pins. I didn’t think the plug adapter was too good as the wire projects out from the wall with this. I just bought a euro socket rather than using the adapter.
Unit works really well, very quiet and doesn’t have the hassle of the external pump.
I would highly recommend.

Dehumidifier excellent but not delivery company
Dehumidifier was perfect for what we needed it for but delivery company you used not so good , as not going to be in I left msg for it to be left in safe place ( garage ) when I got home found it had been left on door step in pouring rain, box was saturated,,,, fortunately all still in good working order.

Good customer service
I bought a dehumidifier from Sunbelt sales (having used one previously and found it to be excellent value) and it was delivered promptly. Unfortunately it sustained minor damage during transit but customer service responded very well. I supplied a couple of photos of the damage and arrangements were swiftly made for a pickup of the damaged unit and despatch of a replacement. Well done Sunbelt, you get the measure of a company when problems arise and you responded well.
