Bad is not even close to what the experience was with this crew. Stay away, they don’t like to process withdrawals and defiantly not in an hour as they say. No contact with support, chat bot looping all the time, how do you run your circus SunBets?

I deposit a R300 into my account on 26/03/2026 and my deposit did not reflect in my sunbet account, so I contacted them via email and their reply is that they my complaint is in a triage stage and I'm still waiting and it's the 6th day ,what bullshit is this. I've lost all faith and trust in sunbet. I have tried calling them then it's a bot speaking then the call drops on you. I'm gonna expose them on social media for there pathetic service. Sunbet i want my deposit back ,this is daylight robbery.

Not bad have won a few times

Sunbet is cheating and only a scam,I only play one game. The fact is and the prove via screenshots that there game gives you the free spins and then disconnects and when it connects you do not have the free spins on goes on without giving the free spins again. This has already happened three times while playing this game and only on Sunbet platform. I played this game on other platforms and it does not do it.I will keep my post up on hello peter and I will share it on other platforms as well. There customer support keeps on telling me, what the history shows and does not look at the valid screen shots with time stamps and investigate why it is stealing our money and doing us in.They do not mention anything about the sceenshots that shows the free spins and then nothing.Only what the history is showing.I have the proof.This is the 3rd time that this has happend on game.You load money and play almost 400 spins with no bonus and when it gives you free spins they steal it back.Rtp is a joke.How can you bet a amount say R20 with a game thats shows rtp 96% and spin about 5 times then win only maybe R10,then you rack up the spins to maybe 250-300 and no bonus.But bet 50c and you hit a bonus in maybe 100 spins and pays you less than half of what you lost.

They allowed me to bet and make withdrawels without FICA registration. Once I built a huge bankroll they blocked withdrawels pending FICA registration. After I submitted my documents they found every excuse for not approving my FICA documents for almost two weeks. In the meantime I was still allowed to bet. In the end I just blew the bankroll and closed the account when it was zero, R80k in winnings down the drain. When you join a bet site first ensure your FICA registration is approved before you start betting.

I made a good bet and instead of receiving my full about they only have me a minimum amount and stated 1bet was void of which the player started the game

If I didn't know better, I would think this is a goverment owned business. The support staff takes very long to reply, dont really seem to care, and the way they reply is like "ok we will get to it". There is no indication on how long your issue will take to resolve, and nothing in place to ensure that you are assisted effeciently. I find it hard to believe a business this size can be this bad. Extremely frustrating, especially with wordclass games and gambling. UP YOUR GAME SUNBET PLEASE

All casino's are bad and if you're looking to sign up at Sunbet, you'll live to regret it. They are without a doubt the worse online casino that has aver existed. Hours and hours of of playing. Sun Bet Is the Worst!!!!

Never use Sunbet!! I deposited R1500 and played until I won R20000, tried to withdraw, waited 2 days with nothing. Clicked on the reverse button. Played again until I came back with R52000, tried to withdraw R50k, waited for about 2 more days, money was still not in my acc. I then reversed it, and blew it all!! This was on purpose!!

I am disheartened to have to upload this review, but it is honestly disgraceful how Sunbet support have treated my matter of only R590 which was taken from my account. I have lost hundreds of thousands of rands on this online platform and I am a Platinum MVG Sun member from my play in the walk-in casinos as well.

Everytime I contact the support team, they say they have escalated the request. I have contact support over 10 times in a 3 week period and I have not received a single positive communication from them.

I play online on other platforms and have never had this problem.

I hope this message gets to people and people stop supporting this platform.

Sunbet is the nightmare I don't wish anyone to come across... I made multiple tickets to bet during friendly games in July and placed another one for new season of August... My ticket is now missing and all the tickets appearing, are the one's lost during July off-season. I made enquiry about it and no response until today.. My ticket is missing! My R200k ticket dissappeared

Extremely low and small pay outs on slotgames. Small chance on winning small, big chance on losing all.

Games constantly freeze especiallyduring Jackpot Race, that's if you can log onto a game, it is so frustrating. They lure you in with some wins and then it doesn't matter how much you put in, you will not win without first putting in more and more money. Eventually, your money literally gets gobbled up without 1 decent win. I love playing 5 Lions, but to activate the free spins bonus I have to put in thousands - I joined another gambling site and get those free spins at least 2-3 times a play.
