Impossible to cancel a mistaken booking, even after ten minutes without being charged 30% these people are crooks, avoid at all costs. Rip off merchants.

A very easy site to navigate through. The whole booking process was simple to follow and easy to understand.

Easy enough to book, a very helpful lady on the phone when I needed help. My only annoyance was that the form kept timing out & I had to keep starting again -my fault probably, I'd abandon it to find more information or deal with my children, come back & have to re-do 😕

this will be our 2nd holiday to a suncamp holiday in the south west of france always enjoy camping but the bbq areas need attention at the campsites

So far so good for booking online. Only thing that would have been good would have been to link our two weeks we have booked at different sites into one booking. This would have been easier for payments.

I can only comment on the booking process at this stage as our holiday is not for another 8 months. There was a great selection of sites to choose from and suitable to a variety of budgets. Information was clearly displayed to enable a confident submission for booking. Payment options are clear and at this stage I would have no reservations about recommending Suncamp to family and friends.

We had a lovely holiday with no hassle. Good reps on site, good value for the money. Clean accommodation and plenty of hot water in the power showers.

The mobile home we were placed in had cockroaches. It took two days for them to resolve the issue, having to chase them up and finally after demanding they move us into a new location we finally got our wish. When I asked for compensation on my holiday they offered €100 from a €1400 trip. Quite literally an insult.

Very good website easy to use and booked holiday in France

Booking process was fine but problems once things needed to be changed, little flexibility.

Very easy to complete booking Payment schedule was easy to deal with and there were options of how to make payments with reminders so you couldn't forget

I think that asking for a review before I have actually been on holiday is odd....however the advice and guidance booking my trips has been excellent. I am very happy so far with suncamp.

Excellent facilities and customer service, very clean and really friendly helpful service. Will definitely be using again, looking at booking for next year already only home a few days! Very easy to use service and I have a lot of confidence in using again. Thanks for a great hassle free holiday.
