I purchased a 5kw solar system, from Sunchees and installed in Trinidad and Tobago. When considering the purchase I looked at different options and the sale Support person was patient, knowledgeable and friendly. This system performs well. In November 2024, the electricity in Jamaica was unstable, causing a lot of trouble for our lives. I learned about Sunchees Energy Technology on Google, and they sold 10KW split phase solar power systems. Due to Jamaica's special voltage, some appliances were 110V, and air conditioners were 220V. Therefore, we were very worried about purchasing unsuitable systems. After a period of communication, they provided with a system working video mode, and the engineers also answered our questions very professionally. After confirming the order, they arranged transportation in about 7 days. We received the system in January 2025, and they also arranged for local installation engineers to install it smoothly,，this solar system is incredibly efficient and has significantly reduced my electricity bills. the installation process was smooth,and the customer support team was very helpful. highly recommend it to anynone looking to switch to renewable energy!
