Don't Trust Them

The "spiel" was way beyond the stated 5 minutes, which jaded me towards the product. Then when I checked them out on TrustPilot and Amazon, many negative customer service reviews! Some positive product reviews on Amazon, but I passed on purchasing from them.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

If I could give them a zero star I would. I tried to order
some products but the representative (English was not her primary language) kept screwing up the order. I then asked her to cancel the ENTIRE order and she reassured me that would take place, Unfortunately some of the product was sent. I tried for days to contact these people to no avail. Finally, I spoke to someone who told me I would have to pay for return postage.OK..Fine. Now I get an email stating more product is on it's way. These people are horrible. I've already called my credit card company and placed the entire matter in dispute..Hours wasted!

I made one order with this company and…

I made one order with this company and now every month they keep sending me the product. They have put an order date on the delivery slip so would be interested as to who ordered it because it wasn't me!! Also I cannot find a contact number or address to stop the orders but will keep looking. Don't order from this company because I believe it is a scam.
