Villa Quardia - a beautiful, quiet location. Stunning views. Everything you need in a villa. Four poster bed too. First time in this villa but would happily return.

Our first experience of a Villa holiday after staying in "All Inclusive" hotels.
We enjoyed the flexibility, quiet, cleanliness and freedom of Villa life.
No more early rising for sunbeds, queueing for food etc, etc.
The Sundance Villas website is so easy to use (even for a bloke of 70!!).
We had to change the date of our original booking due to a bereavement in my partner's family. Irene and Lauren were so accommodating.
We also hired a car through Cy-Breeze rentals who are associated, the car was clean and located at the airport for our collection as promised which made things easy due to our late flight.
We have already booked again for May 2026 and would have no hesitation in recommending.

Villa Vineyard Breeze
Fantastic villa and location, with all the facilities and amenities you could need.
We booked last minute and Irene was very helpful. George the villa owner was fantastic even collecting us from the airport. He also has a car hire company which is great.
You do need aircon so just be mindful that this is charged as extra when you arrive.

Exceptional! First time using Sundance Villas. Irene and Lauren go above and beyond to cover every detail. The Villa is spotlessly clean and has everything you need and more. The pool cleaned daily by owner Savvas and a check in visit by his wife to ensure we were settled. We had an email from Helen, the local rep who is also able to help with excursions and discounted activities and anything else should you wish. A thoughtful food hamper with essentials and a delicious bottle of local wine welcomed us on arrival - along with some cold beers. The location and sunsets (our cue to set off for dinner) was perfect. You can hear the waves on the beach opposite and if you don’t want to venture out too far to eat then there is a selection of restaurants in walking distance and a supermarket and fab Bakery.
We have been visiting this area for over 15 yeas, 10 of those as villa holidays. Sundance is our go to now and we have already booked with them for next year at a villa just 5 mins walk down to our favourite snorkelling beach - on my Husband’s wish list since our first visit there 12 years ago! Highly recommend and check out the YouTube videos as they are informative and in our case will take us right back to Cyprus.
I am writing this review before we leave (we were able to get a later check out and recommend this when possible if you have a late flight and no plans for the day). Previously, when it is not possible, we have checked in for a day room /courtesy room at a local hotel.

Have booked a few times now with Sundance in Cyprus never been dissapointed Eilleen &her daughter could not have been more accommodating than they were we stayed at villa Vineyard View in Kathikos well it was beautiful had ever6thing we need couldn't do enough for us! Everything was clean can't fault it .the welcome pack was a lovely jesture and well appreciated,after a family bereavement of grandchild some of or family joined us Eilleen was very supportive and couldnt have done more for us adjusting our booking ,we had a fantastic time village was beautiful and so central to the western end of Cyprus .thankyou Syndance once again will definatly be booking with yourselves in the near future .

We have used Sundance Villas for 3 years now, and we cannot fault their service, both Irene and Lauren are so helpful in finding the right villa for your requirements, this year we wanted two weeks in Paphos, the first week there would be eight of us with our daughter, son and grandkids, the second week just the wife and me, they found us the ideal solution the first week at the fantastic Kingfisher Villa, close to the beach and all the amenities at Coral Bay, the second week we moved to a more secluded two bedroom villa, which was located in a peacon nut grove near the water park, it was absolutely perfect to relax after a week of fun with the grandkids, a big benefit of Villa Katerina was the huge swimming pool, my wife loves swim 50 lengths on a morning and the pool was great, but most of all it was a lovely relaxing experience, we would go there again.

Great communication and the villa more than exceeded expectations! If you want a great holiday, I would highly recommend using Sundance Villas!

The level of information provided by Irene was second to none, meaning we could plan the holiday easily... will definitely use Sundance Villas again.

Our first time booking with Sundance Villas, so pleased we did, having not stayed in Kathikas, Cyprus before we had so many questions for Irene & Lauren beforehand which they were happy to answer. We have already booked for next year as the service was excellent, once there George the Villa owner from meeting us at the airport with our car hire guided us with our extra bags to the villa. we had a few problems which George sorted out same day or the next morning, we were made so welcome by the locals and George treated us like Family. a Big thank you to you all.

Irene at Sundance is a very helpful host and has made the booking process for our replacement villa, following be let down by another company, very easy. She found us a lovely place dispite the very limited window we had due to flights already booked. I will add more comments following our holiday in 2024 at a later date.

As promised, we recently returned from a fantastic family holiday in Cyprus at Villa Filip. Everything went smoothly, from the car hire to the villa itself, which was lovely. Communication with Filip was easy—he responded promptly to all our questions, and any minor issues we encountered were quickly resolved. I highly recommend both Sundance Villas and Villa Filip. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

easy to book. great villa vineyard breeze. met at airport with hire car and shown way to villa. kathikas great, quiet little village.plenty of places to eat (best to pre-book|). an absolutely superb holiday worht every one of the 5 stars. like to give it six

Irene and the team at Sundance Villas were wonderful and professional from start to finish. We had a fabulous stay in mid-May at Villa Kingfisher in Coral Bay. A beautiful villa with a fabulous pool - the photos really don’t do it justice! There were a couple of issues that were dealt with very quickly, and the owner was very helpful. Irene was always very responsive and provided lots of information before departure. It is a small company but Irene and team definitely know the area and added a very personal touch to the booking and arrangements, unlike the massive companies that seem to have withdrawn staff. I would certainly go back to Villa Kingfisher and use Sundance Villas again.

What can I say other than the Sundance Villas team and Villa Athena are outstanding!
I have just returned from the most amazing week In Cyprus having found Sundance Villas during a google search. Initially I was very apprehensive as I have always booked a full package holiday though a travel agent with being a solo parent travelling with a child but took the plunge and honestly wish I had done it sooner! From my initial enquiry nothing has been too much trouble. Sundance villas answered all of my questions swiftly, sent very clear correspondence, advised on where to eat to suit my taste and checked in with me Villa email on arrival. The hamper was also very well thought out and had everything to get us through the first night until we found our bearings.
The villa itself was out of this world and well maintained and the information guide has information on everything you could possibly wish for which made me feel reassured and confident straight away.
The area was perfect for our needs with beaches within easy walking distance and a very regular bus service to all over the area that puts the UK to shame.
We will certainly be booking our next holiday with Sundance Villas!

Booked a half term family holiday with Sundance villas to the Coral bay area of Cyprus. Well what can i say, villa Athena was beautiful a home from home fully equipped with everything the pool was amazing and warm! The location was excellent walking distance to Corallia beach, the strip was a bit further up but still easily accessible either by walking or bus. Booking with Irene & Lauren was quick and easy, communications brilliant always had a reply to any email queries i sent. The weather was absolutely gorgeous!

Great villa, with a lovely pool and garden area. Kids loved it and had a great time.

I arrived in Cyprus, late at night, intending to stay in a villa I had booked through Airbnb. In daylight, it was absolutely filthy with mould everywhere. The owners were unwilling to do anything about it. I subscribe to the Sundance newsletter, even though I have not previously booked through them. I contacted them through the web chat facility to enquire if they had any available houses. They couldn't have been more helpful or quick to respond if they had tried. They found me accomodation in a lovely villa in Kathikas (with very nice owners) and I only had to wait for an hour to access the villa. Directions were emailed to me. I cannot express how grateful I am to them and how efficient and professional they are. If you are considering using them, you won't be disappointed. Make sure you avoid Airbnb, especially if you are staying longer than a night!

What a great company. Have been booking with Irene for years. We have staying in a couple of different properties and would definitely recommend.

Booked two villas (Villa Iris and Villa Rosa) in August, with family. Villa Roas was superb, a home from home holiday. Full marks to the owners for such a splendid villa. Villa Iris was completely opppsite. The owner didnot care about the visitors and the swimming pool was nothing but a collection of of stagnant water, with all the dirt, flies, insects and a lizard in the pool. On advising the owners of these, we were told that we should have cleaned the pool ourselves. Ants were everywhere in the kitchen due to the hamper left on the kitchen table by the owners. The owner did not come to fix the air conditioning until Thursday when he was told of it mis working on a Monday morning. That again was supposed to be our fault. Would have given it 1star but for Villa Rosa.
