This is my first experience with this…

This is my first experience with this company, and unfortunately it is extremely disappointing.

I placed an order for 24 items worth 411,63€, but I only received a very small parcel containing just 2 products. The remaining 22 items are completely missing.

Customer service suggested that the missing items might be “tucked into the paper wrapping”, which is simply not realistic given the size and weight of the package I received. It is obvious that the full order was never included in this shipment.

After I reported the issue with photos, I was only told that my case has been “forwarded for investigation”. No real explanation, no solution, and no clear timeline. This is very frustrating considering the value of the order and the fact that I am still waiting for the products I paid for.

At this stage, I just want what I ordered to be sent to me. The lack of urgency and clarity is unacceptable.

Dishonest company, questionable practices

I accidentally placed the same order twice and I contacted the customer service to cancel one. They responded immediately saying that they understand I placed the order twice by mistake and they will contact the warehouse to cancel one, hoping to stop it before it leaves the warehouse. The next day the customer service sent me the invoices for both orders, and two days later both orders left the warehouse. The postman brought me two identical packages containing my double order. Five minutes after the postman left my house, the customer service messaged me to tell me that it is no longer possible to cancel my order, however I have the option to refuse to accept the parcel. Or if I want to send it back I must pay for the delivery, as Sunday Naturals will not issue a return label for orders placed accidentally.
I hate this company with all my heart. My doctor recommended it to me, but hell, I will never buy here again. I think their certificates of analysis are made in Photoshop. They allow no customer reviews for their products. Sunday Naturals should be banned. I will always recommend people to buy supplements from reputable and trustworthy sources, not sleezy charlatans like Sunday Naturals.

P.S. I haven't heard from them after providing my email address and order number.

Bug in website

Hi,
i don't want to publish this with 2 stars but i want to share the bug on your website. order number 12000314673 the address that i selected for shipping is not the same in the invoice. AI is not printing the right address. you need to make it correct. i ordered one before with same problem and the pacakage is coming back to you. order number 12000309089

Natural Product Changes!...

I've been a long time customer for almost 3 years now and I have been very dissapointed to see that you do not offer any Natural Protein Powder without flavouring anymore. I understand it could be that it might not have been the bestselling product, but for people who value complete natural ingredients, none of these "Flavouring Extracts, Natural Flavouring"!! Very very sad to have to go find an all natural protein substitute.

Hopefully my note and dissatisfaction gets read and acknowledged as I believe this is valuable information about the customer base that is important for Sunday Naturals. Especially because it represents your Company name... "...Naturals".

Maybe we'll get that product again if you consider this.

Some products are good

I purchased their Vegan Vanilla Protein, Vegan Clear protein and Magnesium supplement.
Vegan Vanilla is a big success. I love its taste and consistency.
Vegan Clear protein is a total disaster. It tastes like some chemical drink. I am not sure how am I going to finish it. Its quiet expensive to just throw away 🙁 try to avoid buying the vegan clear protein.
Magnesium supplement- too early to comment.

Normal ferritin level for women should be between 50-70, if you have belove 30 it is iron deficiency(NHS don't know about it, because they useless)

Bought 2 bottles of Vitamin D3 20.000…

Bought 2 bottles of Vitamin D3 20.000 IE. 180 tablets in each bottle. At the rate of 1 tab every 20 days it will be 2046 before I'd be finished. Pity, though, it's best before Dec 2027. Disappointed Sunday Natural didn't flag this when I was buying.

For this product, we provide a general recommended intake of one tablet every 20 days. The reason for this is that, due to legal regulations, we are not allowed to recommend more than 1,000 IU of vitamin D per day.

If this recommendation were followed strictly, one bottle would indeed last for a very long time. However, in practice it is not possible to offer products with such an extended best-before date, as the raw materials required are not available on the market with such a long shelf life.

In reality, this product is often used by individuals with a higher vitamin D deficiency. In such cases, the dosage is often increased significantly depending on individual needs and medical advice, for example one capsule per day for a certain period of time. This product is generally designed for such situations.
However, for legal reasons, we are not allowed to explicitly recommend a higher intake.

Of course, we are happy to offer a return of the product, provided that it is still sealed in its original packaging.

If you do not have an increased vitamin D requirement, we recommend choosing a vitamin D3 supplement with a lower IU dosage, which allows for easier and more flexible dosing. You can find an overview of our products here:

In general, we recommend checking your vitamin D levels in advance in order to determine the optimal dosage and duration of intake. Individual advice from your doctor or healthcare practitioner can also be helpful.

Order has not arrived

I order a product on the 14th of February, 2 weeks ago, I paid almost 5 pounds for the delivery, they sent an invoice with the post code and Street name but without house number, that mistake affected the delivery.
The package couldn't be delivered as the currier could not find the address and returned to them. The product must be in your office as the parcel was returned. In previous communications you said that customer service will verify this an issue refund, but in a very confusing email you said that the delivery was completed, but I never receive it. My order has not arrived. I want a refund but the customer service doesn't solve the problem and just tells me to follow the shipment tracking when it shows as never delivered and returned.

Lost order and Payment not reimbursed since almost a month - Bad customer service

I placed an order on 8 Feb’26 by Sunday Natural, for almost 100 Euros. It never arrived (Tracking number 1047786000149670210102). The Post Office said the order was never received on their end. I contacted Sunday Natural and I got an email back saying they will investigate the case but I am waiting since 8 February for my order OR a reimbursement and nothing happened so far. I sent follow up emails and did not receive any further feedback.
After posting above in Trustpilot earlier today, I received an answer (thanks @Sunday Natural) and also a discount code on my next purchase with expiration date 31.01.2026 (2 months ago). As well, regrettable my favorite unsweetened chocolate whey protein is no longer available :(
Anyways, at least I will get my payment back.
