I paid $100 Au for a beautiful summer formal dress they sent a terrible copy of a dress not at all what they described. I returned it to some weird address in China only to have it returned back. Terrible experience

This company are using fraudulent images from another brand - Ezili Swim to sell a knock off version of their product. Do not buy from here it is a scam

Sunday affairs was recently advertising what looked like a beautiful silk wrap dress called "the Jennifer" I purchased, and when I received it, the dress was nothing like the photo. It's not satin at all, it's 100 percent polyester and looks like a cheap incomplete Halloween costume.
I have some experience in sewing and can clearly see that it's cut incorrectly, and is not at all what was advertised in the photo."gif" that I saw on Pinterest. It looks like two trash bags sewn together and even with my skills it is NOT salvageable.

Terrible quality dress that honestly looked nothing like the picture. Quality is so cheap - they ridiculously overcharge. I honestly believe the photos on the website are not the products they ship. Should be investigated by Trading Standards!

Do not order from this company. The dress is made with cheap quality material and doesn't look anything like the picture. It took about 2 months to finally have it delivered. When I requested a refund within 14 days of receiving it, they only offered to refund 10%. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with their response, they offered a 25% refund. They are not a good company with a bad policy.

I ordered a jersey December 29. Today is March 4. I still have not received it.
I have sent several emails and every time they come back with an excuse
Then they told me they are resending it well I still don’t have it
I requested a refund
They stopped replying to my emails
Maybe the Better Business Bureau shit hear about these people

I had to give 1 star to complete the review. In truth I would give a rating of zero.
The item I ordered was described as linen cotton. What I received was a poor quality synthetic. Not even close.
The colour and length of the item was also not close to the item featured in the website.
The item received was of such poor quality I would not wear it to clean the house or wash the dog.
Scam site.

Wish I saw the reviews for this company before I bought from them. Terrible service I have had to open a dispute with my credit card company because where I live it’s illegal to not offer a full refund if the customer wants to return it but they only offered me 10-40% back. I hate how cheaply their clothing is made and the customer service is abysmal and they go back on their word quite often. If you must buy from them use PayPal or a credit card so you can request a charge back as a last resort. Would give 0 stars if I could

Return/Sizing - When asked for their return address within the 14 day time frame of their policy, Sunday affairs would not provide it and have avoided at all costs to provide a full refund. They offered a 10-25% partial refund and I can keep the dress, but I would have liked the option to fully expect my money back. Was not happy with the sizing of this company as well. Dissapointing and poor quality company.

One of the worst experiences I have had in a long time online shopping. Bought a jacket via an Instagram ad, didn’t like it (for that reason alone I wouldn’t purchase from them, awful quality) and within a day of receiving the item, I contacted about a refund. They were good at replying relatively fast but every message didn’t answer my question - which was - what is the process and address to return the item. They offered me 25% of a refund and said I could keep the jacket (not sure I would have ever received that refund) because they said they were based far away so postage would be expensive. I said thank you but no thank you as I just wanted a full refund and also don’t like the jacket - I explained I would pay the shipping but I needed the address. We went back and forth FOUR times, still no address. And then in the end they sent me an email to say I had missed the 14 day return window so could no longer return it! Argh - so infuriating. Kicking myself for ever having ordered it in the first place. I also told Sunday Affairs I would be leaving a negative review so they’ve had plenty of opportunity to make amends - but don’t seem to care.

I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering the dress. Horrible fabric, bad fit. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Terrible product and horrible customer service. I ordered a dress for £40 and when it arrived it was a completely different dress, terrible quality and too big. They have clearly used a different dress in their adverts and are selling a knock off version on their site.
When I contacted them to ask to return the dress - 6 emails back and forth they still refused to provide me with the return address. They kept offering me 10% off to keep the dress but wouldn’t provide me with any return details so I could return the item for a full refund. I still haven’t managed to return the dress for a refund and will now have to contact my bank.
Stay clear of this website, it is a total scam.

Horrible experience. This website is a scam!!! The shirt I ordered came way too big and nothing like the photo. Do not order from here it’s terrible.

Saw 2 dresses on Pinterest and ordered for an event spending £95 in total. They came and were shocking quality (see through and badly made). I asked for a return address and they would not send it and instead offered me a 10% refund. They then proceeded to not reply for a few days and drag out the emails so that I would miss the return date. After a lot of angry emails back and forth they finally gave me the shipping address but they refused to pay the returns fee. It cost me £25 to return the dresses however I have received a full refund. DONT buy from this brand!!!

Please do not order from this fraudulent company!! It’s a full on scam, I foolishly purchased a dress after being served an ad on Pinterest. When it arrived it was literally not even similar to the dress and looked like something out of a fancy dress cupboard, after posting about it on socials I was told they are using photos from a lovely uk brand called odd muse. I can’t believe they can get away with such activity. They refused to give me a refund unless I spent an extortionate amount of money shipping the piece of material that would inevitably end up in the bin back to china. AVOID!!!!

Photos on their website are misrepresentative of their products. I ordered a poplin blouse from this website and received a blouse that looked nothing like the photos and was made of some awful synthetic material that was definitely not cotton poplin. I was also tipped off when my item was shipped from China for a company based in GB. They are clearly taking photos from the internet and using them as fake product photos and padding their products with fake reviews. Do not purchase from this company.

Never received my package, 60 $ wasted.

Please don’t believe these adds, I realized that several company’s use them. It’s a scam and a company from china.

So disappointed. Company is based in China, I ordered two dresses for a ball at the beginning of May back on the 11th of April - one arrived on the 4th of May (after the event) and the other has still not arrived.
The one that did arrive, is entirely different to the photo - £18 to return and only 14 days to do it, so knowing I will be returning them both, It’ll cost me £36. They won’t cancel my second dress, which I don’t believe has been dispatched yet, because they refuse to supply tracking.
No indication of shipping times.
Terrible customer service.

The item ordered did not match the online image or description. The returns procedure requires you to pay for an overseas, tracked postal service. This prohibits returns for relatively low value items. Given the fault was theirs (as the wrong item was sent) I requested a refund or pre-paid label to return. The company has refused to do either. Sunday Affairs - if you read this - please rectify this situation. You have contravened UK consumer rights.

I buy a lot from Sunday affairs and have always been happy with the quality and customer service. In my last order I received the wrong blouse, contacted them and received a prompt email with an apology and not to return the blouse. I didn’t want a refund and they sent me the correct blouse within 2weeks with an apology. I have always been happy with the customer service and quality.
