The three decorative pillows themselves are beautiful and feel like luxury items, which I appreciate. However, the shipping experience was disappointing. My order was split into two separate packages and shipped using OnTrac and DHL/USPS. Unfortunately, both packages arrived damaged, which I believe likely happened during transit with the carriers.
While I really love the pillows, the shipping process was problematic. I hope the seller considers (i) improving carrier choices and (ii) offering a customer service phone number to match their luxury image.
I can confidently say I’ve never experienced such prompt, helpful and resolution-oriented customer service in 20 years of online retail purchasing.
This was my very first experience ordering from Sunday Citizen (after shopping around at their competitors for some bedding needs), and their willingness to go above and beyond to serve their customers (along with their fantastic, impeccably-made products) not only earned all my future bed/bath/cozy apparel business, but also turned me into a loyal fan for life.

Be able to call and speak with a human and have some gratitude when a customer is willing to let you know they got of box of stuff they didn’t order nor charged for! Maybe their employees see the return as work instead of not costing the company money so I was a bother. Originally I kept getting lots of shipping notifications for the same order and different arrival dates for the same tracking number, but trying to get more info was a joke of course. Perhaps if they let you speak to person behind the curtain this could have been avoided or at minimum a lot less frustration on my part.
Wasted my time waiting for emails (chat feature I was waiting 10 minutes twice till I quit) and not even a thank you for your honesty until I mentioned in the last email they sent. They asked for pictures or details and now I’m supposed to print label etc to get them their stuff back. Can’t believe a company selling direct has such poor customer service. Customer service ranks as worst I’ve ever encountered and I’m not young.

The customer support was very helpful with me. You no longer have the product unfortunately that I ordered and they credited my account quickly. Hopefully, I can get that item again when it’s restocked.

I almost have everything from this store. Got the snug comforter, bubble, the mini waffle pillow, even the hoodies. Can't go a day without the hoodie on. Their customer service is prompt and fast. In the age of AI, it's rare to receive actual human responses nowadays. Kudos!

Terrible customer service. Why have a rewards program if you can’t use it? Every item always has an exclusion . I have spend thousands of dollars and never have been able to use my reward points. I will not be shopping here anymore.
I have purchased so many of your items, yet I requested to exchange one order (it was over the 30 day period) & you didn’t even offer an option. I nor my family will order from you again. I hadn’t even worn the pants I wanted to exchange. To keep your good clients, you need to be flexible for a good client one time.
Customer service rocks the boat!!! Most companies can learn a thing or two from you guys on how to really treat a customer, especially, a year over year one - I’m assuming that after not making a purchase in a couple years if that my points would expire-I tend to just let them build up until needed. But having the options even after that was WOW (LIz) kept the email chain going over a few days as we chatted about making purchases she deserves a raise!!! For her nothing is an issue with us attitude!! We have the power to make your experience best in class!! Pa not sure you got can send out a your points are about to expire email or something earn never expire thing but either way that may help out a bit!! Thanks nothing else will never replace my citizenship 😎

Response from the Sunday citizen customer support team was very timely and polite despite the answer not being what I had hoped. I am disappointed with the Sunday citizen policy regarding not being able to combine orders or at a minimum waive shipping for an order Placed back-to-back with another. I elected not to purchase the item due to this policy.
If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPAY. Worst customer service of all time. Stole nearly $300 of my money and then never delivered my item and ghosted me. Seriously it is not worth it. I’m genuinely shocked at my customer service experience. I usually don’t go out of my way to leave reviews but I am using this niche third party website because it is truly that bad that I had to say something. So unbelievably horrible. Avoid!

This company must have improved its customer service, as I received prompt communication and a speedy delivery. As for the product, I like the look of the duvet and shams but will have to determine softness and durability over time.
