I live in Denmark and bought online a exterior roller type blind in spring of 2019. The size etc was fine but quality very poor, incl the instructions, and it completely fell apart in the fabric in less than a year. I contacted, with several close up pictures, the customers service and they reluctantly offered to have it send back for repair. Didn't have the box, it is bulky and difficult to take down and really just a poor design and quality which would fail again. I asked f a refund but they refused so I wasted my many danish kroner on this product. very very disappointing. r. e. Jensen in Denmark.
