Excellent customer service, speedy post to the UK. I have brought a few things from Sundress and I love the brand , this is the first time I have purchased direct from them and definitely will purchase this way again . My dress is beautiful and fits perfectly. Merci !

I've been buying beautiful dresses from Sundress.fr since 2019. The customer service and sizing advice are always wonderful. Shipping and returns do cost a bit, but you have to keep in mind that costs have increased everywhere! Sundress has a fantastic team behind the brand. The sales offers are unbeatable. Unfortunately, I absolutely don't understand the negative reviews. I love this brand because I get compliments every time I wear Sundress dresses, and I think that's the greatest compliment you can give Sundress!

Like the fabrics and how vibrant the colors are - fits really well and shipping was quick, cant wait to wear everything!!

The dress doesn’t look like the picture, the fabric is thick, it doesn’t fit well, definitely not worth 129 euro! And the return is 10 euros - crazy..

Terrible experience, do not buy from this website!
I ordered what seemed a summer dress on Sundress.fr and the product I received looked nothing like the pictures. The fabric was too thick for spring or summer months, so heavy the sleeves or the fabric around the chest area could not stay up for themselves. The dress was just unwearable!
Plus the sleeves were finished by sweater-like cuffs that did not match the style of the dress. Sure enough this detail was not visible in the online pictures.
After contacting the customer service about this issue, they took 10€ for returns fees out of my refund.
If you really like this brand, do not buy directly from them in case you have issue with the quality of the product.

I don´t like the quality of the dresses. And unfortunately the sizes are not fitting well.

Had to return dress because it was too big. I requested a different size and colour. I received an email from Claire as soon as they received my return informing me they had sent my exchange and my replacement was on its way and to contact if I needed any more help. Dress arrived after a couple of days, amazing from France to UK. Also, love, love, love the dress. I have bought a number of dresses direct from Sundress and quality and originality of dresses cannot be beaten.

The pictures showed the sleeves are able to stay on the shoulders but actually they are not. It keeps falling off. I prefer the look on the website that's why I bought it but it's not. I have returned the dress.

I placed my order on December 21st - peak holiday season, I wasn't expecting delivery until maybe mid-January. The order arrived on December 27th in New Zealand. We have packages within New Zealand that takes longer to deliver than my Sundress order from France. I am beyond impressed with the quality of service, the packaging, the delivery time and the quality of the product itself is exceptional. I love my dress so much that I think my entire wardrobe will just have to be Sundress from now on.

I bought the Enora Long dress /Amazonia print at a local boutique and it’s stunning. The fabric is gorgeous and the dress well made. It’s actually not quite as bright in person as online and I wore it to a fall evening wedding. I did need to do some minor alterations. I’m only 5’2 but with a tall platform heel the length was okay. The sleeves were a bit long and surprisingly very slender in the upper arm (i’m considered petite).
I found Sundress online and also purchased the gold sequin bag held by the model wearing this dress. Equally beautiful and “usable” for many events! I reached out to sundress via email as I was short on time when I decided to purchase it. It was shipped to me promptly and carefully.

I received multiple compliments from both friends and strangers on this beautiful dress and handbag. Thank you Sundress!

Fast shipping, clear info and amazing products.

I brought some clothes which I am now just wearing on my holiday (totalling 380 euros!). The maxi dress has not even lasted one day and is falling apart at the seams. I am so disappointed, for the price I don't think this is at all acceptable. I am waiting for the company to respond, I expect a full refund.

Matilde-further to your reply, the product is not fit for purpose, and it is my understanding that there is a 2 year statutory provision for this under EU law that you must as a member and provider of goods adhere to. Please do correct me if I am wrong. I am asking you under this provision to either repair or replace or refund the faulty item. You have my email address, please communicate further with me there.
