Bought serengeti cielo at monday and ups delivery them wednesday 4.20pm. Everything went well and i love my new sunglasses. Serengeti makes a damn good looking glasses and they lenses works like a dream.

The web page interface is easy to use, although the search function is a bit hit-and-miss. I ordered two pairs of sunglasses, one of which came relatively quickly (5days) but the other took almost two weeks, and with that one the tracking information was not automatically sent to me so I had to ask for it. Otherwise everything was easy to do and stress-free.

Customer service offered in Finnish is a plus, as well as the reasonably rapid and satisfactory replies, but the product (Dirty Dog Swivel) seems to have a horrific fault rate. The replacement I received was even worse, although it was said to be "personally inspected" before shipping.

The prices are very nice, so if you happen to get a good product, it will be a great deal.

Everything went great and I think most important thing in every service is reliability, that was the thing I needed and that's what I got.
Thank you guys for this service, it made possible for me to complete my style.

I've been looking for certain style Oakleys for a while and none of my local stores had either the style I wanted or for a price I was willing to pay.

So I turned to the internet... Google threw me to sunglassesshop.com. BAM! All the glasses I wanted in one place, with very reasonable shipping and prices! AND they had a -20% sale going on. It took me maybe 2 mins to have the Oakleys I wanted heading my way...

Good prices and fashionable sunglasses

It was very easy to buy. Just pick a product and pay for it. Quite fast delivery and prices are very reasonably. There are availlable big brands and also cheaper, less known brands.

It would be better for me if you could offer a delivery service other than UPS, for example. I find it difficult to be at home when they want to deliver the package to me. If i could get my package to my local post office I could fetch it at my own convenience and i dont need to make any special arrangements to be at home at a certain time.

Otherwise I am pleased with your webshop.

Thanks a lot about sunglasses. It was very easy to order by your website and it came in a week to Finland, fast transportation I think so. In the addition I can follow this transportation by UPS.

I had a lot of problems with the payment of my sunnies and kept trying to pay many times and for a long time. In fact I had started trying to pay the previous night and every time I kept getting an error in the end.
The next day I noticed a possibility for chat with the customer service and opened the connection. I got very nice, fast and helpful service and was actually told that I had payed the amount several times.
The person however suggested to me, that she will refund the money to me and only leave one payment and she also told me that she would inform about the problem and that I would get my sunglasses as soon as possible and before the next weekend and yes, I did get them already on the next Thursday.
So, I was happy with the service anyway and got very beautiful pair of glasses, now it's only to make sure that I will be refunded all those extra payments :)
This is my second time buying and the first time there was no problems at all and the products and the price are great.
The range of products is also unbelievably large.

I can say that I´m satisfied how this ordering works. Sunglasses was exactly what I expect. Description was correct and quality was what is said. Only negatively issue was that there is not any protection box for my sunglasses. But I can use my old protection box.

Sunglasses as described, smooth ordering process and delivery. No hard case, which would have been good.
