This company is a big mistake don’t buy from them they sent me the wrong pair and not even the real deal also they won’t even return your money

FAKE glasses

Yup this place will sell you fake glasses! Buyer beware, I just fell for it because they advertised on instagram and takes you to a legit looking Oakley site. I got some fake Oakley sutro TI. Beware!!

Put it this i pretty much got rip off.It’s has been almost a month now no costa sunglasses.There still in china,they stoled my shipping money to ten dollars plus the glasses

First of all they sent the wrong glasses, which in all honestly look fake! Then they said if I sent them back to China they would refund me, but would not refund the shipping. I said that they sent the wrong glasses and I wouldn't pay the shipping, it was their mistake. Then they tried to bargain with paying only a percentage of the money I paid back. This went on and on, back and forward before they said to send proof of me handing the glasses into a charity shop and they would refund me. I did that. They then said they would refund my account. When I told them I had changed my bank account, they then refused to repay me my money. They said they can only refund to original account. Not only is this illegal and theft, it is some of the worst customer services I have experienced and they should be banned from trading in the UK. I have written to trading standards and ombudsman.
Save your money and buy from a legitimate company. These guys are here to steal your money and sell you fake goods.

Scam company beware! They are not licensed to sell any of the ‘well known brands’ so do not expect to receive genuine items. I ordered a pair of Ferrari Ray Bans and received replica Ray Bans with ‘painted’ branding in the wrong areas. The frames were flimsy toothpicks that would only fit a toddler. Customer service is non-existent.

More fool me for falling for this scam offering, please don’t be caught out and AVOID!

SCAM WEBSITE?!? I Ordered a pair of Oakley sunglasses. Worn twice and the arm broke off. I sent an email to customer support on 5/6/2022 and have not gotten any response as of 5/18/2022. I tried online chat on their website, but after I typed my question, it just said "we'll get back to you as soon as we can". Of course, I am now out of the return window.

This was the first time I have ordered from Sunglass Outlet but I have to say, the company are first class. My order was made on 11/18 in the afternoon and shipped the same day and arrived at noon on 11/20. Fantastic service and the price was unbeatable. My sunglasses are fabulous and I could not be more satisfied. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

The Price gets you interested, but customer service is non existent. One arm on my Oakley MainLink arrived damaged. Sunglass Outlet Inc seems to be non existent on the Web. No address to return sunglasses or phone number to call....

The prices are attractive for the brands BUT!!! One pair was defective, they wouldn't fold down closed. The brand name "Ray-Ban " on the hinged ear piece the painted name has came off and no engraved brand name. Ray-Ban are engraved with name, so I'm believing these might be knockoffs. So I won't be shopping with them ever again.

I’ve ordered from Sunglassoutlet.com three times already and I have to say they’re prompt with shipping, and their service is stellar. Purchase with confidence. I will be purchasing from them again!
