I wish I would have researched reviews first…

*EDIT - I also left this review on the sunkissedcoconut website and it was DELETED the next day.
I wish I would have researched reviews for sunkissedcoconut before I placed an order with them. I ordered the quarter zip sweatshirt, it has an odd fit, nothing like the website model. It is very thin, the zipper is soo cheap it feels like tin foil and does not move smoothly. It is not worth the high price tag and after leaving my review of this, it was deleted from their website so I feel the reviews on their website are all fake.
Also I found the size chart to be inaccurate and customer service is awful. They are slow to communicate IF they decide you're getting a response.
This company does not accept returns for refunds (which to me means they do not stand behind their products imo) so I gave it to a friend who plans to wear it dumpster diving. I would not shop or recommend sunkissedcoconut in the future.

It’s a scam.

I’ve been scammed by this company. I never received my order and for some reason it was sent back to them halfway through the delivery which I was not informed about until it was delivered back to them. The money I paid for my order was £248 and the only thing I received back was £84, which is a scam and is illegal. They refuse to communicate with me and they don’t even have a phone number that I can call to talk to them and the option to text them through the chat on their website is terrible and they take 5 days to answer you. I never got the order or my money.

Product was great for my granddaughter

Product was great for my granddaughter. I decided to purchase for myself. Sweatshirt was well made but WAY WAY WAY to heavy and hot. I went to return it. Was sent a return label. Did not receive a refund but instead a gift card with the amount for return shipping deducted. If I had known that - I would have done my own skipping at a reduced rate. Unhappy.

Extremely disappointed

I placed an order with Sunkissed Coconut on November 15th, and as of now, it still hasn’t arrived. I’ve reached out to their customer service multiple times, but they refuse to take responsibility. Instead of actually solving the issue, they offered me 50% in store credit—but if my original order never arrived, why would I trust them to deliver anything now?

The lack of accountability and poor communication is extremely frustrating. A reputable company would either reship the order or issue a full refund, not try to get customers to spend more money. I won’t be ordering from them again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!

Very Poor Customer Service, Bad Business Practice

First of all, I literally had to wait months for a particular hoodie to be back in stock. Though it would not arrive at Christmas, my granddaughter still wanted this hoodie. Now, 4 months later, it's finally back in stock so I placed the order. The hoodie I received was incredibly too big, at least one or two sizes too big. Wanting to get this hoodie to my granddaughter as quickly as possible I re-ordered another hoodie but downsized it. In the meantime I put in a request for a refund for the first hoodie. The store only provides store credit, no refunds! What company doesn't do refunds especially when I put out the money for a second hoodie! This has been very upsetting. I will not order anything else from this company. Now I'm out of pocket the price of the first hoodie. Enjoy the extra money. You won't be getting any additional sales from or anyone else I talk to about this!

Just made a purchase with them

Just made a purchase with them. I'm not happy with the quality of the plaid jacket and it has some stitching flaws. I'm also not happy with the t shirt as it also has stitching flaws. Contacted them and the agent said they're both final sale items and can't do a return for me. Really?? I'm not happy with your items, and they both have flaws and you can't make that an exception??? Idc if an item is final sale or not if it's damaged or has flaws we should be able to do a return!

I was about to place another order for 2 different items but if this is the kind of customer service they have I'm done buying from them. I'm already pissed off at this order. I hate wasting $ I'm something I'm not happy with and I wish all companies would give a crap!
