Sunlux24.de - wo "Service' ein absolutes Fremdwort ist!

Habe Dachfenster-Rollos nach Maßanfertigung gekauft, für insgesamt über 1.000 Euro. Lieferung erfolgte problemlos, doch Kundenservice ist für diese Firma ein Fremdwort. So etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Wenn etwas kaputt geht, ist man verloren. Am Telefon wird einem gesagt man solle bitte eine Email schreiben. Auf diese Email und mehrere Nachfragen bekommt man dann aber maximal noch eine Antwort und das war es dann. Keine Reparatur, keine Ersatzteile, nichts. Warte nun seit mehr als drei Wochen trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage auf eine Antwort. Es geht nur um Ersatzfedern. Eigentlich keine große Sache. Aber mir wird nun leider nichts anderes übrig bleiben als woanders ein neues Rollo zu bestellen. Bin maßlos enttäuscht von dieser Firma...
