I fell in love with my necklace as soon as I took it out the package. It’s so dainty and shiny and overall, the quality is very good. Wish you could make the necklace a little shorter but regardless, it’s a 10/10 from me😍

Placed an order of two personalised Arabic necklaces on the 4th of April, I was really worried my order won’t come on time for eid and messaged sunnadesigns, they went above and beyond to make sure my order was ready and even delivered personally to me, the necklaces are more beautiful in person mash’Allah and they even gave a free gift. Assalaam walaikum, I am really happy with my purchase. Exactly how I expected it. The necklace is very beautiful Ma’shaa’allah, I had to order four more for my siblings.

The necklace was really pretty, delivery was a bit off only because the Royal Mail lost the package however the response to the situation was really kind. I managed to get a bit of a refund as well as a new necklace sent once again.

What a great service, I ordered my friend a personalised Arabic necklace and it came just in time for Christmas. Sunna Designs kept in constant contact with me and were very helpful. The necklace was so beautiful and my friend was very happy.

I don’t usually write reviews… however this company is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The service from this team is so amazing. I ordered 3 Arabic Name Necklaces for my sisters and expected nothing more, instead the team updated me throughout the creation of the items and sent me pictures of what the names would look like to see if I was happy with the spellings, they made sure to involve me in the process by allowing me to personalise the gift features and add anything I wanted which was amazing as they went out of their way and ordered extra items for me. The team is so kind and always puts the customer first, I couldn’t be more happy and thankful for my purchase. The gift wrapping option is beautiful and they allowed an extra gift message at no extra cost which was placed in an envelope, I can’t wait to give them to my sisters I know they will love them. I 100% recommended this beautiful company. Thank you Sunnadesigns!!! I will definitely be back again :)
