Besides Abid Ambre being absolutely gorgeous, after becoming a member I got points which enabled me to get £5 off an order. It's like having a reward card, the more points you get, the more offers.... See more

Sunnamusk is a British fragrance house adored for its elegant and captivating scents inspired by the beauty of Arabia, led by co-founder Kazi Abidur Rahman. The Sunnamusk journey started in 2009 from humble beginnings on the streets of East London, where five brothers settled into the bustling Whitechapel market bringing an Eastern-inspired aroma to the heart of London. An unwavering commitment to a philosophy of ‘Fragrance First’ propelled Sunnamusk from market stalls to Malls and stores quickly opened across the United Kingdom and eventually into Europe. Today the Sunnamusk portfolio of products has expanded beyond Eau de Parfums to include heavenly home fragrances, rich perfume oils infused with our signature scents and bespoke fragrances available across a network of 36 exclusive Sunnamusk branded stores and ecommerce sites in 5 countries. Kazi Abidur Rahman, co-founder and brand director, remains the driving force behind Sunnamusk. His passion for design, graphics and video along with an expert nose for beautifully-formulated fragrance, has helped transform Sunnamusk from a small bespoke brand to an instantly recognised label. Sunnamusk invites you to embark on an immersive fragrance journey that inspires and enchants, making the world a more beautiful place, one scent at a time.

I was bound to order again and this meant I gained more points, which enabled me to get a £10 discount against another order placed. You can't lose. The only thing missing is either a 10ml or 15ml trial size of all the perfumes. As much as I like the site, I won't be buying anything expensive blind. I have only ordered and will stick to ordering the ones I have smelt and love and that is Abid Ambre and Amber de Woods in the perfumes. I have bought 2 of the oils blind and one I really like, the other not so much.
I did not receive my order please help me and give me update thanks

The customer service representative at the Sunnamusk stall was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I initially intended to buy only Emirates, but she took the time to recommend a few other fragrances that she thought I might like. I'm so glad I listened, as they have now become some of my favourites.
She was knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressured to buy, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend Sunnamusk, especially if you have the opportunity to be served by her.

I like some of the fragrance, but not the Golden Dust; it was a waste of money because you can’t smell anything, and I complained about it. I took it back to where I bought it. They gave me the same fragrance. When I got home, it still had the same smell. I went back again, and now I’m disappointed. Is it possible to exchange the fragrance? I paid £40 for 30ml, but they said there’s nothing they can do, which I found frustrating.
All i can say is the manager at sunna musk (Amrik Sahota) in the brierley hills - Merry hill branch was an excellent sales person. No pressure just literally handed me a scent tester stick whilst I was walking past texting on my phone. Hadn't planned to buy perfume but I gave the sample a quick smell as I continued walking and literally the beautiful fragrance stopped me in my tracks. Had to go back immediately to investigate these fragrances. I ended up purchasing a beautiful package for my daughters 18th and also a sneaky few for myself. The scents are awesome, last for long and people often stop me & daughter asking what perfume we are wearing. Amrik you made her day, she enjoyed her bday prez thanks to your good, genuine sales and excellent product knowledge. Good role model for your staff. If they follow your lead they will go far in sales! Ask for Amrik if you go there!!

I'm sad to say this perfume does not last. £150 a bottle and I couldn't smell it after an hour. I buy sunnamusk on line and in meadohall and this is not their usual standard

I visited Reading, I usually shop Brighton. The same great consistent service and product story in both stores A warm non pushy welcome, lots of open questions to establish my wants and needs, matched to the benefits of the products ingredients, a demonstration of how to combine the oils and perfumes to get the best layering technique to prolong the aromas on my skin. And finally all beautifully wrapped, and the promise to connect with me ongoing if I share my details to your customer base. What's not to love. I am a retail manager for a luxury brand and I would be proud to know my staff were hosting their guests as your staff hosted me.

I went onto the Sunnamusk website after receiving repeated emails offering 25% off a perfume and an oil. Unfortunately, the site was really difficult to use — it kept refreshing, pages wouldn’t load properly, and my basket somehow defaulted to two oils, which meant I didn’t receive the discount I was offered.
I tried to get help through the online chat and waited for hours with no response. I also emailed, but the reply was basically “tough luck”. I usually buy three oils in-store because you get one for 50% off, so I would never intentionally buy just two. The website experience was frustrating, not functional, and ultimately cost me the discount I was supposed to receive.
The products themselves smell lovely, and I will continue to buy them, but never again from their website. The lack of support afterwards was really disappointing.
