Poor customer service
I have been a loyal Sunnamusk customer and recently purchased the Large Pinky Oil and the Overnight Perfume. I provided card machine receipts and proof of payment bank anccount screenshots after noticing that my loyalty points had not been added to my account.
To be fair, customer service has acknowledged that my payments were successfully taken and that the issue appears to be an internal one, as the transactions do not appear in their till system. However, the process of having to repeatedly provide evidence and wait for an investigation has been frustrating and time-consuming.
