Scam by double charges.

They scam you. Keep shopping... this is an online business only. I ordered for a wedding party. I recieved 2 bouquets, no bridal bouquet, no flowers for the girls our boutonniere for the groom. 3 hrs on hold because I keep getting disconnected. Then they separated the order to double charge my the delivery, s&h and so on. I ended up spending $200 and did get what was order.

Paid extra to have it delivered same…

Paid extra to have it delivered same day. When it did not deliver I called and an automated system told me the order was scheduled to deliver the next day. A day after the patient was being released so I cancelled the order. I then got an e-mail a couple of days later saying that there were fees incurred for the driver, flowers and gas since they attempted to deliver. There was no attempt since this order was cancelled. They refuse a full refund and only offering a partial. Not only did the patient not get flowers it still cost me money. This is a scam.

The flowers were nice and were delivered on time. Everything else about the experience was unsatisfactory.

I wanted flowers to be delivered by a local flower shop. Sunny advertised that it was one. But when I called the "shop," they were unwilling to provide a street address, and would not even name the governor or the state capital (which was 10-15 miles away from the recipient).
Advertising included a discount code, but when I placed my order, the site said the code had expired. After I placed the order, I got an email with a discount code, but it apparently wasn't applied.
Upon delivery of the flowers, I received no confirmation from the company. Lucky for me, I learned about delivery from the gracious and grateful recipient. She sent me a photo of the flowers (they looked pretty nice) with a little bear. I had ordered (and paid for) the medium-size bear. If that's the medium size, you must need a microscope to see the small size bear.

Guaranteed Same Day is a LIE

Only did 1 star because 0 stars was not available. Ordered same day flowers 2 days ago guaranteed same day delivery - even paid a little extra AND a tip to ensure it would be same day. Not delivered that day OR the next day. We are on the 3rd day and nothing. Tried the online tracking - no luck. Took forever to talk to someone - they said I can't cancel because it's out for delivery. They will offer me $10 credit - I paid over $100 for the order. Do not use this company. Find a local.

This is a big scam - BEWARE

This is a big scam. Online shows delivered . But , the recipient confirmed they did not receive it . When I called them, CJ the customer service agent ( Charmaine , Blossom) says anyone could say they did not receive it and she will get back with proof of delivery .
I ordered from Canada and I was charged USD. It was misleading and I was charged conversion for an order the recipient never received .
I will update if they do come back with a solution.

The flower arrangement was very pretty

The flower arrangement was very pretty. It was very close to the picture that I ordered. Thank you for the delivery on the same day. My granddaughter was thrilled with the flowers for our great-granddaughter's birth.

Don't trust delivery orders from this company.

3/11 Ordered from Sunny flowers and was billed by Blossom flowers. Both websites said same day delivery. Not true!
3/12 I called because I didn't have an email confirmation about my order in my inbox. Thankfully I remembered the name of the shop's website. Customer service in another country said flowers were being ordered to finish my arrangement!!. I said to swap out flowers with something available as I didn't want to delay the delivery. The representative said they'd let me know if flowers came in to finish arrangement. She didn't understand my request. They never did call, email or text. All I got was an email confirming our conversation. "Waiting on flowers to finish order." The email came with no order number or description. They are very unprofessional in every way.
When I called 3/13 I got an AI Assistant saying "order delivered" but it was not verified or confirmed. Time wasn't available or location of where flowers were left or delivered to. Again no notification at all. I'd like to see a photo of delivery as other florists to do confirm delivery. At least an email confirmation?! I don't believe it was delivered. What did arrangement look like? I don't trust this company.

I paid $250 for the company to tell me…

I paid $250 for the company to tell me they couldn’t deliver it. And they not only let down my special surprise but kept my money for no service. Called customer support and they said nothing they can do. DONT USE THIS SERVICE.

Don't believe the pictures and descriptions on the website

The flowers that were delivered looked nothing like the picture. I paid almost $200 for an XL arrangement that was supposed to be a statement piece (as described on their website). When I saw the actual arrangement, I was shocked. It looked more like an average $50 grocery store arrangement. The vase in the photo also appeared much larger and nicer than what was delivered.
Very disappointing experience. While the delivery was on time, there was no confirmation or communication at all, just as other reviewers have mentioned.
