I am so disappointed

I am so disappointed. I paid extra for expedited delivery but the very expensive delivery is now 2 days late. I don't know what the arrangement will look like, but my expectations are not high.

If I could give it a zero I would

If I could give it a zero I would - absolute scam. Bought a $150 bouquet from a "local vancouver floral company" (aka - Sunny Floral Delivery), then was charged in USD, then nothing was delivered. We complained, got no response, and after MUCH pressure they hired a random person to deliver a shitty $15 bouquet that was not at all what was advertised. TAKE THIS COMPANY DOWN. So sick of dishonest companies like this getting ranked so highly in google, and taking advantage of people.

If there was an option for 0 stars this business sure deserves one. They are scam artists. They promote false advertising , they don't deliver what is in their website, and they are totally shameless when it comes to owning an apology to client. Stay far far away from them.

Avoid at all costs

Ordered some flowers for my sister, I live in the UK, she lives in Greenwood , nova scotia, after taking my money, all I got was delays after delays on delivery. After a week almost, I had given up. Their reason were somewhat vague... and when I asked why my flowers were not delivered, Nora kept saying that they wasn't marked for delivery, with apologies and would be sent out the next day.. the next day however, came and went 4 times in total. With still the exact same response, almost automated, everyday, same email, sorry your flowers were not marked for delivery, a note has been made for next day delivery.. blah blah....

I'm still waiting for my refund.

I would avoid this company like the plague... and instead use Petals and Posies by Jess... 100% Genuine florists with Customer values put at the very top of priority... unlike Sunny flowers.... 😡😡

I ordered flowers and balloons on a Sunday for a Wednesday delivery. Online, it said that the arrangement was delivered, I called my mother to see if she received them. She had not. When I called Thursday morning, I was initially connected with AI, it said it was delayed. So, I asked to talk to a real representative. The first rep told me that they did not have the correct cards, but that the arrangement would be delivered that morning. They never arrived. Then I called again Thursday afternoon and talked to a representative that told me they didn't have the flowers in stock and that they would be delivered first thing in the morning. I double triple asked as my mother works for a school and Friday was a half day and the last day of school. They did not arrive. I called back and talked to representative and asked for my order to be cancelled. We will see if they follow through with my refund. This was the worst flower/arrangement ordering experience. I do not believe they were even going to send the arrangement. I was never informed of any delay, any lack of stock, and the story just continued to change. Very disappointing and sad as this was to celebrate my mom's retirement. The reps I talked with were polite, but the story continuing to change was very questionable. They also say on the website that they are BBB A+. I should have investigated. They are not BBB accredited. They are also trying to go by another name as when you call their customer service it is "Blossom Flower Delivery". STAY AWAY. They also said they had a location based out of where I was ordering, which I don't believe

terrible UI- i couldn't figure out…

terrible UI- i couldn't figure out where my message was going to show up or if it was going to show up twice or what. really not good. putting in the credit card was not good - that didn't work well. the state changed some how when i was putting in the address. not that good really - pretty bad actually.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Sunny Flower Delivery.

First, nowhere during the ordering process was it clearly identified that the charges would be processed in U.S. currency. As a Canadian customer ordering delivery in Edmonton, this was misleading and resulted in a much higher charge appearing on my credit card than expected.

Second, I paid extra for expedited delivery, and the flowers were never delivered at all.

Trying to contact customer service was incredibly frustrating. I had to go through repeated AI prompts and make approximately seven phone calls before finally reaching a real person. The overall customer service experience was terrible.

I have now been told that I will receive a refund, but at this point I have very little confidence that the matter will be resolved properly.

Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others against ordering from this company. Poor communication, lack of transparency regarding currency charges, failure to deliver the product, and extremely difficult customer service made this one of the worst online ordering experiences I have had.

I ordered a funeral plant to be…

I ordered a funeral plant to be delivered to a recipients' home. Sunny Flowers said they were delivered, but they were not. SF offered to send me a delivery picture, they did not. They couldn't because the plant was never delivered. DO NOT let their reasonable prices sway you. This is a scam.

Wrong Order Deliverd/Terrible Customer Service

I ordered the Daisy Sunshine Bouquet from Sunny Flower Delivery for a Mother’s Day gift to my Mom. I paid for the premium bouquet. What my Mom received was not what I ordered. I tried reaching out via email twice without a response, then tried calling and spoke to an AI assistant since I could not reach a live person. I still did not receive any response. Perhaps others have had a better experience. But I will never order from this company again,

barely a legitimate business

Delivered four days late, in spite of so-called "same day delivery " promise. No email confirmation. Refused my request to cancel when they told me it would be late. Delivered a totally different bouquet from what I ordered. No refund or rebate offered, though I requested it. I would give 0 stars if I could! Avoid these scam artists

My mother loved her flowers

My mother loved her flowers, and I was Grateful to be able to order them so last minute (the Friday before Mother's Day), and still get them delivered in time! One frustrating thing was that I was prompted to sign up for emails/texts and was to receive a "discount" code. However, the code did not work!
Also, I was trying to get back into my order to increase the amount of the (default) tip that was offered for the order, but was not able to do so. I also waited a long time to be helped via the online portal before it "timed out", so I was not able to increase the tip...

I ordered flowers on line from Sunny…

I ordered flowers on line from Sunny Flower Delivery for Mothers' Day and paid a premium for expedited delivery, which supposedly guaranteed delivery by 1pm on Mother's Day. At 3pm, I called their phone number to check that the flowers had been delivered. I spoke to "Frank" their AI voice, who told me that the bouquet was being processed. I asked that the extra charge for the expedited delivery be deducted since the flowers hadn't been delivered by 1pm. The AI voice said that it would pass on my request. I didn't hear anything and I called back on Tuesday and the AI voice said my order had been cancelled! I did not cancel it! What a bunch of B.S.!
