I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law…
I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law for Mother's Day to be delivered the day before. They have "flex delivery", so it could have been delivered on Mother's Day - I was okay with that. I chatted online with customer service, and they assured me it would be delivered. NOPE! It wasn't! So I called today, Monday morning, the 11th, and it disconnected every time, like it was a bogus number! So I put in a claim on their website, but there was no response!
To say the least, I was completely embarrassed that my mother-in-law received NOTHING!! Thankfully, I paid via PayPal and received a $104 refund.
SCAM COMPANY
SCAM COMPANY! They charge your card then do not deliver the flowers. They claim that the payment did not go through - well, if that was the case why does it show up as a charge on my card! Now I am going to have to refute the charge to get my money back. They are scammers - try to avoid this company.

I'd give a zero, or maybe even a negative, if given the option. I will NEVER use your service again. I ordered Mother's Day flowers on Tuesday, May 5th for delivery on Friday, May 8th. Plenty of time and I wanted them early since my mother is in a home specifically to avoid the weekend rush. I have yet to hear from her but by Sunday, May 10th at 7PM EST they had STILL NOT BEEN DELIVERED! You claim same day delivery, but can't even seem to achieve a 3 day delivery! Never again!

Safeway flowers for $100
Sunny Flowers' delivery person bought a bouquet from Safeway and delivered it to my mother with the grocery store tag still on. I had the pleasure of paying $100 for a $20 bouquet to be left at my mother's doorstep. If they had just removed the 'Safeway' tag, I may have given them a 4-star review.

Do not waste your $!!! This company is a scam.. they promise same day delivery then I even paid for the express delivery before 1pm nope! Was finally contacted at 7 pm that night and told they would try and deliver them the next day! Ummm no thanks so I requested a refund then was told it’ll take up to 7 days to even get a return so I could order more flowers from a good company!

I paid for expedited delivery service but nobody contacted me that it wasn't delivered or had issues. I had to follow-up because it was well passed the 4 hour time frame they advertised and listed in my invoice. Since they didn’t meet the paid service, I asked for a full refund for neglegence. I ended up ordering from another company because they failed to deliver today. Day 2, now. They said it was delivered but couldn't confirm it so they are looking into it. What part of we never got it do they understand!
Mother's Day ruined when flowers were not delivered
I ordered over $200 of Mother's Day flowers for my mom and my aunt over a month ago. I had it set up for them to be delivered on May 8th and neither of them were received. My mom received hers on Mother's Day but they were not the arrangement that was ordered. What she got looked like a $20 grocery store bouquet and not the $105 arrangement I ordered. It didn't even have the same flowers. My aunt NEVER received her flowers at all. When I reached out to customer service I got the generic response of they will put in a claim to investigate and I told them I wanted my money back. I ended up disputing it with my credit card company. Horrible company.

Horrible. If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a huge beautiful Lilly bouquet and what my mother received for Mother’s Day looks like someone grabbed branches off a tree and stuck them in a vase. Also no chocolates, and no card. I paid $150 for leaves. I try contacting customer support, they say they will get back to me with a solution in 3-4 days…so my mother will not be receiving anything I paid for on Mother’s Day. Absolutely horrible. NEVER EVER EVER EVER ORDER FROM HERE!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered flowers to arrive on my partner's birthday. They didn't arrive so I contacted the company via chat, and soon realised it was just a chatbot. It kept saying they were contacting the florist to arrange redelivery.
The flowers didn't arrive the next day, and I got the same response. I also emailed (no response) and rang them (you can't speak to a person), and the chatbot has stopped replying to me.
48 hours have passed and still no sign of the flowers!
Looking at a lot of the other reviews I assume I won't be seeing the flowers and the chance of a refund is slim.
I get the impression that this company, and it's other brand, Blossom Flower Delivery, isn't an online florist at all, I think it's probably just a scam.

Problem with delivery
Flowers were fine! However, they were left by the front door which my friends seldom used. No one notified them of the delivery (and they were home). So...they didn't actually get the flowers until the following day when I called to be sure they had received them.
Added fees are predatory
To charge both a shipping and service fee plus a handling fee to add another $21 on the charge of CRAZY. This is after to asking if you want to add a tip! I can only hope the flowers are fresh and delivered on time on the correct date. This country has businesses that have become PREDATORS.

It wasn’t what I ordered and what was sent looked horrible. Looked as if flowers from a gas station were tossed in a vase. It was to come with a pop up card, instead it had a stuff teddy bear. My friend is 76 years old, why would I send her a teddy bear? I am not pleased, very embarrassed and disappointed.
