No idea how company’s like this get away with what they do same as all the other reviews I had to authorise my account with a loan and this little thief was sat at the bottom waiting to take my money. “I can’t refund you because you went past the 14 day trial” not one email or message to even say I was subscribed. Look out for the snakes

I applied for a payday loan,from loanmr, I was asked to register my card so they could verify who I was, I agreed for them to take 12p. I've just checked my transactions and it states that sunnysavings were the people who have taken the money out of my account.now I need to cancel my card. Big scam.Beware of these people.

I just had £29.95 taken from my bank how did this happen as I have never ever heard of this company phoned the fraud department in my bank only way to stop it is to cancel my card and get a new one its a lot of hassle for this but have to do it now hoping the bank will return my money but I really wanted to know is how this company managed to get the money out my bank in the first place but no one can explain this to me.

Had this company just take £29.95 out of my bank never heard from them no emails from them definayely never signed up to anything tried to cancel it on there website but just says error and asking me to call a number during the week. I'm hoping the bank will stop this payment and give me my mo ey back as there is no other way to cancel it as there us no direct debit set up

Utterly disgusting company I didn't even sign up to these fly by nite low life dirty scammers so WHY doesn't the UK government put a full stop to these companies and get them shut down ASAP stealing cash and doesn't give a crap about us the UK government likely get a cut and turn a blind eye to it and just kid on its not happening so WILL THIS CRAP GOVERNMENT START TO STOP AND SHUT THESE PLACES DOWN ASAP unbelievable lowlife people and am going to start up something to sort these scammers out see how they like cash getting stolen from there accounts 😉

I can not believe that these company tried to say I had subscribed and if I want to cancel press here . I pressed it it said error unable to cancel!! But I don't have anything to cancel as I didn't sign up .
There took 29.95 .
I am universal credit well. I need it back .

This man is a confidence trickster he preys on vulnerable people takes £29.95from your accounts but you get nothing back I've informed my bank as well as there fraud department so be aware of there name sunny savings

I received a notification on my mobile for an amount of GBP29.95 charged to my account from sunnysavings.co.uk, that I had NOT AUTHORISED!! I don´t know who they are, what they do, or why this amount was taken from my account, but thankfully HSBC were kind enough to cancel the transaction and return my funds within the same day. I don´t usually take part in these sorts of reviews or comments, however, after reading how other people had been FRAUDULENTLY charged the same amount I had, I felt it was my civil duty to write a comment, in the hope that no one else suffers the same fate! If you have been duped by this company, please contact your bank as soon as possible and give them a copy of these comments to demonstrate their fraudulent nature. It´s bad enough that everyone is suffering the same financial difficulties, without this added stress!

Absolute robbing scumbags! They have put me in arrears with my rent as l explained to Natalie which was a wasted phone call no sympathy no refund! They're not even worth the one star!

Shower of robbing scumbags , never signed up to any stupid subscriptions , called which wasn’t helpful she closed an acc I never had with them and no refund has now been reported as fraud through action fraud I suggest you all do the same stop these cowboys

Total scam never signed up or had any contact with the company yet £29.95 was taken from my bank, managed to get it refunded after several calls

Never heard of them,no idea what they do but still keep taking money of me.Numerous phone calls before Christmas and was told it had been sorted.More money taken today with a very rude customer service agent saying I haven't ever rang them and then hung up on me 😡😡😡😡😡

I have unauthorised transactions taken from this company.
I have cancelled already yet they continued to take from my account.
Like everyone in these unpredictable times.. I need every penny I have to support myself and my Son.

I had same problems I didn’t go to this company but they took money and I emailed them to cancel it no answer call them they said ok we cancel it but again they took money. I’m really angry with them they took £60 for nothing 😡😡

Absolutely awful!! I have sent them NUMEROUS emails to cancel this bloody subscription I didnt even know I was subscribing to. My first email being not even a day into the 14 day cancellation period. No one has even bothered to reply to me and they have subsequently taken out another 2 months "subscription" from my account!!! Disgusting, disgusting behaviour from a company. So fuming and will be reporting them. STAY WELL CLEAR!

Stay well clear I was merely looking for options of a loan to check eligibility and financial viability. I did not in the end take out any loan and about 28days later I noticed a charge of £29.95 being taken from my account it was with a company called savings shack I believe I rang them and emailed them several times only to find out I would need to contact another company called sunny savings to complain. Apparently there was a 14 day cancellation period and of course it was too late to cancel as it was over 14days. What surprises me more is that I was never made aware of any such subscription no email were ever sent and no contact made. I followed this up with again 4 more emails to Sunny Savings and again no response after speaking to another advisor he said he would pass on my details to another department. I am so angry with this company if I would have known I signed up to something I would have checked but as no information was ever received by myself how could I possibly know. It states in their terms and conditions a welcome email would be sent I never had one. I rang again and was then told the welcome email would be sent to the Sunny portal ... so damn convenient as they sent an email to a portal I was not aware of and if they don’t let you know how are you supposed to cancel within that period. I’ve asked them to check to confirm I have not signed in and also confirm I have never logged into any portal linked to this company.

I rang again today and still not had a reply to my email requesting a refund as I was never made aware of signing up to this. Working to budgets mean you watch you money carefully and thus web site is not something I would ever use. If you want savings look around don’t pay £29.95 to have savings sent to you that would mean in one year you would have spent £360 just browsing for savings how stupid can people be and how corrupt can one company be to be so sly and sneaky to take money from people and then just wash their hands with them how many other people have this happened to.. quite a lot according to the FSCA. Don’t be fooled and coned by a company which is making money from people like me who have never been made aware of the signing up to these. If you are looking for a loan be careful as these are there somewhere ready to con you into believing you are signing up for a loan application and they are part of it ... please be aware of this company STAY WELL AWAY AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!

Terrible!!! Fraud!!! I never sign up to anything and somehow I paid £30 from my private bank account, then told to cancel a subscription I never started?!?!?

How can companies take money from my account without anything from me??? Should be in prison
