This is a new Chinese startup site. They take money advising two day delivery. 8 days on still no delivery. Constant messages sent to help desk absolutely no response what so ever They appear on shopify who don’t want to know either. AVOID AVOID AVOID
I ordered my bag at Sunoire thinking that it would arrive on time. I ordered a leather bag more than 2 weeks ago where the delivery said that it would come between 7-12 days. I have had no emails from Sunoire about the delivery of my bag or where it is. Additionally to add on to this, I originally contacted customer support where I asked if they were able to change the location of my delivery, they responded quickly that day. However recently I have sent their customer service team multiple emails as to where my bag is and have had no response whatsoever. I am truly disgusted and feel as though I have been scammed and will NEVER order here again.
