Products never arrived
Products never arrived, nor did refund!
Four months after ordering £35 worth of children's toys, which my 10-year old had paid for out of his pocket money, no toys to be seen. Also no communication. I emailed to ask when they'd arrive to be told they weren't in stock and would I like a refund. I said yes please, but it never came. I asked a further 5 times and have been ignored throughout. Reported to trading standards.
Stealing from children is pretty low!
