Why scammers allowed to continue business in uk???
First they not uk based.
We ordered 2 items 1 came after5 weeks not 5 days, another never came. They stole £ 329. Supplied fake tracking to paypal , and those helped them to closed case. I reopened but they promised to refund , so closed. Now I'm without item and without moneys. Avoid in any costs.

This shed does look quite good when it's up but I cannot stress enough the hassle of assembling it, I'm pretty handy and enjoy a project but it took me a full 3 days. It literally arrives as a pile of metal with nothing assembled at all and about 100000 teeny tiny little screws, bolts and nylon washers. The washers frequently split so that adds more time. Every single sheet has shrink wrap plastic on it which takes hours and hours to pick off (I had some scratched panels regardless of this). The pannels are sooooo thin so flap around everywhere, once it's up ut holds its structure ok but in terms of security someone could get through it with a hammer petty easily, or a can opener! They wouldn't need to though because the door handles with holes for a padlock are made of plastic and have the screw heads on the OUTSIDE, so could very easily be removed. I guess it's not the most expensive shed in the world so maybe to be expected, but also not thaaaaat cheap, not as cheap as it feels. It's ok if you're willing to put in three of the most frustrating days of your life to make sure it's assembled really well, if it was assembled badly I don't think it would last very long. Also there's no floor so you need to build your own or have a solid base.

Oh also: I nearly finished it and then realised I wasn't provided with enough teeny tiny little nuts and bolts so had to go and buy more. I asked the company for more over a week ago and they still haven't arrived. I did end up getting a £30 discount for that and the scratched panels though.

Do not use!!! Had a metal storage box for the bins delivered which took 3 of us 9 hours to construct, cheap metal and more screws and washers I could throw a stick at. Quality not good at all avoid this company. Contacted them several times with no response.

While I did receive my order (bike shed) which is more than some reviewers here, commuciation was terrible. After ordering, it became clear sunrise sheds are drop shoppers with all the hassel that comes with it. No dispatch info sent out, despite two large boxes requiring two people to lift. The quality of the shed is awful too - it's literally metal panels held together with.. self tapping screws! About a billion of them. And yes, I left a bad review on the product site, but of course that was never posted. Avoid.

Shocking customer service. I ordered a shed from this company and had to cancel within 24 hours due to unforeseen circumstances. I contacted them immediately but took three more emails to stop the order. I had to follow this up with six further emails to try and get my money back. I eventually had to use American Express, to chase them for my refund which they secured six weeks later. Very very poor customer service do not use.

Scammers do not use.

Bought item never arrived. No communication. No refund. Lucky I used PayPal. Should have read this site first.

Recently purchased a Bicycle shed from this company, the kit when received was damaged, not caused by just transport but also by the very poor finish of the weatherproofing. I have tried to email the company (there is no phone number!!) and they have not replied.

For £199, I have received a substandard product and the most difficult to assemble shed known to man or woman.

I would strongly recommend that unless you have money to waste you give this company a very wide berth.

I reported them to Paypal who I used to purchase. They notified the company as requested I wait 2 weeks for a response before they would look into it.

A week later the company responded saying they would reimburse me if I withdrew the complaint to PayPal. I refused because if you close down a complaint with PayPal their Ts & Cs says you cant raise a new complaint about the same issue. The only way forward is a small claims court claim and a complaint to National trading Standards but they cant take action against a company based abroad and if I make a small claims successfully and they dont pay I would have to convert the CCJ to a third party debt order but against a company based in China. Basically, its bye bye money

I represent a charitible organisation that deals with flooding. We made a large order, Money was taken but the order was not fulfilled.

Bought a bike shed in March.I got a handyman to put it together and it took him 2 days, the instructions were dreadful. The lock was broken and the roof won’t go up and down as the pistons don’t work.
I’ve contacted the company and they said if I disassembled it they would replace it, but would need to spend another £250 for the handyman to put it up!
Then they said they would replace the broken parts and they have never arrived and there not been any communication from the company since April.
Dreadful customer service.
Don’t waste your money or time.
Ps why are all the reviews on their website all 5* ?

Ordered, not arrived. Communication sparse and no telephone number.

I have concerns about this company. No phone number, not answering emails / chat.

I'm trying to cancel my order.

Absolutely abysmal. Bike shed arrived almost two months ago with 18 missing screws. Was in touch with customer service who kept insisting they have sent the replacements, yet none have arrived. Now all communication has stopped. Absolutely shocking company. Avoid like the plague.

Oh dear I should have read the reviews first.
I ordered a storage box a week ago 3-7 days delivery, I emailed on Thursday to ask when I will receive it now Saturday and still nothing. On the website policy is spelt wrong, I should have looked at that first as that rings alarm bells. Says can get a refund but as they don’t read emails I’m worried. £100 is a lot of money to lose.

The majority of the holes on the shed do not line up, it says it takes 2 people 2-3 hours, it took all day, the arms on the roof do not collapse so the roof will not shut, instructions are unclear, we have a bag of plastic caps left over which were supposed to go on the screws but it does not mention that anywhere in the instructions, I have messaged and emailed but no reply, I do not recommend this shed or company

Not a great experience have emailed 3 times for answers on the bike shed ,terrible instructions, the screws they supply are supposed to be self taping for metal sheds there are not ,most of the screws strip the threads of the screws,had to buy proper hex head self taping screws for amazon ,the cost me £10 .The other problem they don't tell you is having to remove the plastic covering on all the metal panels, this take two persons 6 hrs to remove ,they don't supply small spanners for the different nuts ,most other companies like Ikea supply what you need to put the item together.
I would not recommend buy from sunrise sheds , you can't call customer services no phone number, no address,only email,and you don't get answered, so if you have problems with your shed you wait days for any reply .

Avoid at all costs.
Awful customer service, delayed delivery with no apologies, hard to read instructions.

Just don't do it!

Bike Shed was 20 screws short. Company initially replied, then nothing. Very odd screw shape so couldn't easily replace - spent £25 on packs which looked close but nothing fit.

Company just didn't bother to return emails after that, we've had a half built bike shed for 2 weeks and now trying anything we can find to put it together.

Arrived today amazing package less than a week delivery, love the green house, will order again
