Bought bath mat trough tiktok, never get anything from them. Page don't exist anymore

Ordered a hand steamer 3 weeks ago via Tik tok. Emailed support for an update, undelivered after several tries. Went to “visit store” and “something went wrong”. Doesn’t seem to be one :(

I bought a bath mat from tiktok over 2 months ago. I have tried emailing with no reply but recently getting the emails returned as if the company doesn't exist anymore

SCAM - AVOID THIS "COMPANY"
Absolute SCAM! Ordered a battery operated screwdriver for £9.90 through TIKTOK and got a confirmation email saying my order had been confirmed with links where I can track my order or view their website. I have checked those links today and none of these links work. I have emailed them to ask when my order is going to be delivered with no answer back.
Currently in the process of doing a chargeback with my bank.

Absolute SCAM! Biggest SCAM going. Report to everybody. Order. Take money. Send a bogus tracking number and that’s it. No phone number emails bounce back. We’re onto them. Bastards

Scam took my money and not received my item

Total scam 💯 fake, stay away from these theives, emails just bounce back, ordered a bath mat well over 2 weeks ago and no contact since, utter garbage company AVOID !!!

Ordered a bath bubble matt on the 27th March, paid extra for express shipping, it’s not the 16th April and still nothing, they won’t give me a tracking number, have emailed them but the email bounced back, scam company, found them through tiktok

Yet another bad review.

Purchase made on 07/04/2025 with advice that shipment would be prepared within 2 days. Confirmation email received. This is a scam website linked to the Shop app, which should enable customers to track shipment of purchases but the only option available is to “see order” on the Sunset Dreamz website. Order tracking requires a tracking number which Sunset Dreamz haven’t disclosed to me. I emailed both the support email address and I also replied to the email confirmation address to ask for a tracking number but emails bounced. I will be applying for a refund via Capital One if I don’t receive my purchases soon.
I also found this company on TikTok so I won’t be purchasing anything via TikTok until TikTok has a major security overhaul.

Absolute scam! Found these on TikTok so thought it was a legit company, not at all! I’ve emailed the company to see where my package is and the email bounced back the next day! Avoid at all cost!

Same as everyone else wish I had checked reviews before ordering absolute scam !!!

Would give zero scam site ordered in March no contact just 1 email to say ordered sent lots of emails just bounces back
