They should have multiple options to make a payment. Taking a card payment over the phone with no options of viewing your account and being charged more for making the payment is horrible.

The staff is very friendly & professional. They are always there to help with a smiling face.

There quick to approve you for a loan , and offer cash advances, but you have to go thru Congress to get a receipt for your payments! Which is ridiculous to me. A receipt for your payments is the first thing you should get when making a payment. You should not have to call the office to get a receipt of your payments or have to wait to get a receipt! How else are the customer supposed to keep track of there account! Ooops or is it that you don’t want the customer to know there account Balance and keep Borrowing? I want my receipt! And I want my correct email address saved in my account! I hate I had to go hear but it seems like the only way I can get my point across or the situation resolved. I will be Glad when my account is paid off, The Customer Service here needs work. The customer should not get the run around and should get statements after each payment is made!

One thing about sunset finance they give you a chance to prove yourself and they gave me that chance and I thank them for that and also they are very professional and kind to me every time I call and go in there.

The manager Rachael is awesome she is very helpful, understanding, she go out her way to assist you! Just a all around good person I see why she is a manager, she definitely deserve that title.

The service is good but their computer system always seems to be down . I never have had any problems I would recommend them to any one
