The process to obtain the loan was…
The process to obtain the loan was seamless. Paying it, however, has been a less desirable experience. The only options are to go into the location or call in with a fee. Would love the ability to pay online.

Thank you for your feedback. We recently added an option so the branch can do a check by phone if you provide your banking information. There is no fee associated with this type of payment.
They are very rude and disrespectful
They are very rude and disrespectful. They also force you to get the extra value plan where you get towing and if you don’t get they tell you they will have to cancel the loan. Then if you choose to cancel be careful they will keep the refund and not tell you about. I would not refer anyone to them!
