They advertise new products, however when they are purchased they look used. They have an easy return policy, however they will state your product is used although it was used when it was delivered and reduce your refund by 10%.

Do not buy online from this company.

I purchased a leather baseball hat, unfortunately it was too big. After contacting them to let them know this they graciously sent a return tag and sent m e another hat in an adjustable size, unfortunately that one didn't work either. They worked with me regarding the return and refund. The customer service was excellent!

I ordered a black leather vest with red stitching, white background with red paisley bandana inside. Left all the pockets on. I FREAKING LOVE IT!!!!! My husband has a matching one but red background, white paisley bandana. It’s the perfect feminine background alternative! This company worked with me on several mess ups during my ordering. First- I ordered the wrong kind of stitching- shot an email and they quickly responded and changed it for me. Second- I ordered too small because I looked at the men’s sizing. Shot over another email and got a prompt response. If I ever need any more riding gear, this will be the place I return to!!!

My order was delayed by at least a couple weeks. I don't actually think it was your fault though...it was shipped in due time, but for some reason (can't blame it on Christmas rush, it was in January) it was held up in a USPS facility for that long. The moccasins themselves were very nice, good quality and my daughter loved them!
