Just like to say that the customer service is terrible I set up an account with them and choose the product that I wanted to purchase got email from them did I want to confirm my order or have any questions please use watsapp
Tried that and gave all the information that they asked for and never got any response back from them so I went to another retailer 🤯🤯

Beautiful ring, the quality is amazing and it would he so tempting for a company to not take as much care with the quality and setting of a lab diamond but these guys do take the time. As others mentioned it comes in a box with a wee light that shine on the diamond. Their customer service is second to none, they get back to you within few hours. Only thing they really are self confessed perfectionists so allows plenty of time when you order cos it can be more than the lead time but it is truthfully worth the wait cos the jewellery is amazing.
